Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Not only does Bloom do a fabulous job with their flowers they also go above and beyond for their customers. I was surprising my wife with flowers. She worked an early morning short shift 6am to 10. Bloom didn't open until ten. I was in a delema! I asked if there was anyway possible for me to pick them up before 10. They agreed to be there early for me. A while later I got a call saying "we need to be somewhere in the morning, how about we deliver your flowers to your house around 9am". The wife was surprised and a tear came to her eye seeing the beautiful arrangement. I will never buy flowers anywhere else. ---- Florist's Response: Dan, thank you so much for sharing your amazing experience! We're thrilled we could go above and beyond to surprise your wife. My sister-in-law lost her sweet mother on the day she was moving out of one house and into another. She has a lot on her plate anyway, aside from the move, but Bloom brightened her day with the perfect floral arrangement that was just lovely!
