Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (719) 548-8646, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (719) 548-8646 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

My wife was visiting her daughter in Colorado Springs on her (my wife's 70th) birthday. I ordered early (7:15am online) and requested delivery the next day (August 5, 2025). This was the last full day my wife would be visiting before returning home. The arrangement and cookies FINALLY arrived at 7:30pm. She got to enjoy her flowers for a couple of hours before bedtime and departure the next day. How can it possibly take over 36 hours to get flowers delivered a few miles away??? Terrible service and very disappointed. A professional florist would apologize and offer a full refund. I will probably execute a dispute with my credit carad company if they don't offer a refund.

Not often do you come across a team that cares as much as you do. The team at Bloom & Co. does. They went above and beyond in a way I’ve rarely seen. It was like a grand slam in the bottom of the 9th when we needed four runs to win - and they crushed it.

I only received only 2 chocolate covered cookies. Rosie was happy but I was disappointed.

Shopped around at a few florists online. Bloom Bar seemed to have the best looking bouquets for the price point. Their uniqueness really caught my eye and I ended up going with The Love Bug as a surprise for my wife and our anniversary. Disappointed, delivery was after 5 pm and daughter not home so redelivered next day. Ordered flowers day before daughter’s birthday and she did not get until day after birthday. Cost was 140.00 plus left tip . When called shop, I was told, “ pretty much how it is and flowers delivered per zip code”. Your shop is less then 5 miles from where my daughter lives.
Won’t ever use your services again.

Ordered the above bouquet for a friend’s promotion. I was a little apprehensive as I ordered from the United Kingdom and was praying it turned out as expected. To say it turned out BETTER than expected would be an understatement. I’ve made a special request of a red, white and blue bow/ribbon to be added which was honoured. Not only does Bloom do a fabulous job with their flowers they also go above and beyond for their customers. I was surprising my wife with flowers. She worked an early morning short shift 6am to 10. Bloom didn't open until ten. I was in a delema! I asked if there was anyway possible for me to pick them up before 10. They agreed to be there early for me. A while later I got a call saying "we need to be somewhere in the morning, how about we deliver your flowers to your house around 9am". The wife was surprised and a tear came to her eye seeing the beautiful arrangement. I will never buy flowers anywhere else.

I was disappointed that someone didn't call me sooner to tell me my credit card had been declined. My bank was doing due diligence because I had been in New Jersey just 3 days before and then charging in Colorado when I live in Texas. Plus I never received a text message (as promised) with a picture of the flowers that were sent. I'm hoping they turned out fine.

It is never my intent to hurt a small business so this comment is not to do that. I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a delivery for Valentine’s Day and it arrived at 6:45pm that night. We were out to dinner and because it was cold, they weren’t delivered and I had to pick up the flowers in store the next day. When I arrived, I received the wrong order. I still had to pay for delivery and in total, I paid $128 for the Bloody Mary and I did not receive the Bloody Mary. I received the old fashioned.

First my flowers were never delivered. The whole point was to make my wife feel special while she was at work. 4 pm came and no flowers. I went to the shop in Rockrimmon and the flowers were still there. Very frustrating.
Second it is now 2/18 (4 day after Valentines day) and the flowers are half dead. So not worth almost $90!
I get its a busy day for them but we all know that and we rely on the florist being prepared for it. Bloom Bar definitely was not ready. Disaster.

I ordered the Harvest Moon arrangement for my sister from the website. There was one review below the bouquet that said "The arrangement was exactly like the photo on their website." So I was very disappointed when they sent the photo of the actual arrangement that looked nothing like the photo. It lacked the color, balance, and cohesion of the website version. I sent an email asking what happened and never heard back. Maybe because I didn't tip? I'd was surprised when the form asked me to "tip our hardworking designers" which I'd never seen on a flower delivery order. It feels like tipping is way out of hand. I wasn't asking them to design something new, and the price was well above other local shops so I presumed they are compensating their employees appropriately. They were very prompt in delivering the day after I ordered and sent email updates about the delivery which I appreciated.

I choose a florist that was close All Children's Hospital. My grandson was getting surgery and then got discharged early and I called the company and said my daughter had left the hospital and they said it’s no problem and they drove the delivery all the way to my daughters house to deliver. I ordered this specific arrangement for a friend I've known over 49 years. She is currently battling stage four breast cancer. I specifically said in the instructions a butterfly was imperative. It shows it included in this arrangement I ordered, but I mentioned it anyway, as customer service is so poor anywhere nowadays. Not only was the arrangement skimpy, but sure enough, NO BUTTERFLY. I was very upset. I ONLY ordered this due to the butterfly, as butterflies have special meaning to my friend. I called TWICE about this..no one has had the decency to return my call. I know these type of things are purchased in bulk (so no big expense), and there is no reason at all to ignore my calls, other than the realization that this order was wrong. I intend on pursuing this matter, as it is the principal of standing by your work.

Once we figured out that she had been discharge, we delivered the arrangement to the home, which is quite a distance from our shop and a $40. delivery fee we waived. We definitely understand the value of your gift, which is why we wanted to make sure you were happy and that we delivered to the home. Sometimes things happen, but we always try to make it Right!

I purchased these Louise told me they began to die 2 days later , she said she gad contacted the company about the roses but she was told there was nothing they could do for her. I appreciated the automated updates on the status of my delivery and for the "BloomSnap" of my actual bouquet. My issue is when I saw the picture I was underwhelmed with my decision to pay $20 extra dollars for what I thought was going to be an an upsized premium arrangement. Instead, I saw 1 less sunflower and 2 fewer roses. This was a sympathy tribute for friends and I wish I had gone in another direction.

The delivery only included 4 cookies when I paid for 6. And no flower like there is in the picture. The cookies were in a bag with shredded paper. I was hoping for a nice package/presentation to be delivered to the hospital for my son and DIL who just had a baby but was very disappointed. I left several messages over the day with the business with questions and received no callback. So I paid OVER $50 for 4 cookies and a bag of shredded paper.

The flowers were beautiful, but I would recommend calling to place an order instead of doing it online. I placed the online order on a Friday for a delivery on Saturday (which their system let me do) but then it wasn't actually delivered until Monday. It might have been because they were too busy over Mother's Day weekend but it would have been nice to have been notified that it wouldn't be delivered on our desired day.

I have used Bloom bar for the last 3 years to send my grandma birthday flowers. Every year, the flowers have been fresh and lasted a long time. The "You are my sweet sunshine" bouquet has been the prettiest one so far (according to my grandma). Awful ripoff!! I paid $90 plus delivery for an arrangement that had only grocery store flowers, largely a red carnation and cheap alstroemeria. This is an embarrassment! The picture showed roses and sunflowers! This looks nothing like the arrangement I ordered.

I‘ve used Bloom Bar many times and they were great. But twice they have not delivered my flower order and did not notify me. I ordered at least 5 days before the delivery date each time. I understand that the weather can wreck havoc on a delivery-based business, but it doesn’t stop email notices.

The posted bouquet on your website is lovely; however, the actual flowers did not match the posted pic. There was more greenery than flowers to fill in the lack of daisies. The flowers shown are red roses and white daisies. The actual flowers were some red roses, tiny pink roses, and few daisies. The vase was a dark red and not pink.

The flowers received looked nothing like this delicate “pain killer” arrangement. I wanted it special for my daughter’s 30th and ordered a double upgrade. She received a vase over-stuffed with dull (some even wilted) flowers. The artistic shape was lost. I sent 3 emails voicing my displeasure and received no response.

I am writing this review almost a month after receiving my order because I needed to call myself down before writing this. I ordered an arrangement for my mothers funeral. I selected, and paid extra, for it to be delivered the day before her funeral. With the funeral being held at 11 am I didn’t want to take a chance that the arrangement would not be there in time. Well…That didn’t work out. The morning of one of the hardest days of my life became even more stressful when the arrangement I paid close to $300 for was not at the church. I had to run around the church looking for the arrangement. I spoke to the office personnel at the church to make sure the were there the day before, they were. I arrived at the church at 9am. The florist didn’t open until 10 am. I started calling at 10. It took about 15 minutes to get ahold of someone. When I was finally able to speak to someone at Bloom Bar they were not certain what was going on, they had a hard time locating my order. They said they thought the owner had it in his car and was in his way to deliver it. The shop was no more that 15 minutes from the church. I paced outside the church waiting for the delivery. To my disappointment the flower didn’t arrive until a few minutes before the service was set ti start. Everyone was gathered outside the church waiting to proceed in and the florist had ti try to make his way through the people gathered. It was stressful and very disappointing. Also I selected the premium option, I would hate to see what the arrangement looked like if I had t selected premium it was not as full as I anticipated from the images in their website.

I chose the Georgia peach flower arrangement because the recipient of this bouquet’s favorite color scheme is peach. I was surprised to find carnations and cheap daisies in my arrangement not worth the $92 that I spent. I should probably add there were very few peach flowers in this arrangement that was delivered. I wish I could add the photo to show a comparison, please be aware being from out of town I feel taken advantage of.

It was not what was represented in the photo for the Bee Stinger arrangement. The only flower that was the same was that it had sunflowers. The secondary flowers were not mountain asters like in the photo, and the filler greenery was the normal filler of ferns, not the unique filler that was shown in the photograph. I chose this arrangement because of its uniqueness and was willing to pay the extra for that, but the arrangement that was sent was an average standard flower arrangement. I was disappointed I am sorry to say. I also didn't like the raffia tie on the vase. Again, a poor substitute for what had been displayed in the photo.

I messaged the floral shop a couple days before delivery to see if they were going to do the arrangement in colors I requested. I never got a reply. When I saw the arrangement at my sister-in-law‘s memorial service, I was very disappointed. There were no dark orange roses, and no peach filler that I had requested. It was a very bland, mostly white arrangement with pink filler. I wanted a fall colored arrangement.

Completely ignored the requested delivery date and delivery a day too late. Totally missed the funeral! I specifically asked for delivery the day before so it would make it for the funeral. NO communication on why they decided to change the delivery date. They don’t give a F*** about what you paid for, they’ll decide what to do with your money (order)! I would not have chosen this arrangement if I knew a bunch of pink flowers were going in a red vase. I spent a long time looking for the right arrangement for a male associate that was in a bad accident. I wanted something light and cheerful. This just looks nothing like the picture. I understand using substitute flowers & vase. Try a clear vase next time with all pink and green. I just never would have picked this.

Only one suggestion, the flower arrangement I ordered had a clear vase pictured on your website, however the vase used for my MILs flowers was blue and clashed with the flower color palate. I understand having to substitute flowers based on availability but using the same colored vase as shown on your website should be the same as advertised on your website.

I ordered a peace lily to be delivered to a friend. When the arrangement was complete, I received an email showing me the arrangement. When the arrangement was out for the delivery, I was notified. When no one was home, Tim texted me asking if I knew when my friend would be home as he didn't want to leave the arrangement on the front porch in the hot conditions. Not really a noticeable difference between the deluxe bouquet ordered and the photograph shown, with the exception that most of the flowers (all of the orchids) were WILTED. It's pretty disappointing to pay over $130 for a bouquet (with tip included) and to be underwhelmed. The florist should have notified me that the orchids were wilted to begin with and offered alternatives. The size of the bouquet was fine, and while the vase, ribbon, string lights looked alright, they were all still much lower quality than advertised. Mostly upset to have paid for something advertised as "deluxe" only to receive a mediocre quality product.

I will order from Bloom Bar again, but I was disappointed that the arrangement delivered was a different shape (more compact and round than the pictured elongated arrangement), did not have the willow branches, and contained chrysanthemums. I don't mind substitutions, but I don't think chrysanthemums and alstroemerias are equivalent substitutes for protea and orchids. I chose this arrangement because I was looking for something really different, but the shape and mums just make it look like other sympathy arrangements.

I was not happy with the results nor the customer service. I was having something delivered to a friend in Colorado, I specifically asked that her favortie color purple be included in the arrangement. I was told I would receive a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered. I never received this, but when she took a picture to send me a thank you text, I was so mad that there was not a single purple anything in the arrangement - not even the ribbon (in the event there were no purple flowers available). I called and spoke with Stephanie who assured me she would look into the matter and let me knwo what happened. I never received a callback, apology, "we screwed up" or anything. I spent nearly $100 and could not have been more disappointed.

The arrangement ended up being in a generic clear tall vase with six roses and 4 lily's and tons of greens and some filler flowers not at all what was pictured. I would like to attach a picture my mother sent but there is no option.

My experience has been horrible. I placed an order a week ago and have received slim to no communication, the flowers and gift NEVER arrived, the issues has not been addressed, I can’t get anyone in the phone and no one has responded to my demand for a refund or given any indication that they want to make this right. I have tried national florists and other local CS florists, and this was the BEST experience I've ever had. Flowers were beautiful, even more than the online picture and size was stupendous! I usually pay $100 to other florists for wimpy, cheap flowers that are 4" by 6" and called "deluxe". Bloom Nation has my business forever.

First they did not deliver on the 7th, the day I scheduled but arrived on the 8th which I guess it worked out since it was for Mother’s Day gift. However only the cookies arrived and no flowers or the card. I’m just sad since it was my best friends first Mother’s Day.

Nothing seems to have been delivered. I called my mom up yesterday-delivery day- and she looked outside, all around… nothing. No one called. No one knocked. I was told by recipient that the bouquet was terrible. There are 5 red roses: one in bud, 2 open & 2 falling apart. The phlox is well past its prime – 1 totally wilted the other going fast. There are 2 lilies open & they are falling apart. The hydrangea is slammed down in the middle 3” below the other flowers. There is no design to the arrangement – just mostly spent flowers jammed into a vase. This is very embarrassing considering I spent over $100 including your delivery fee & tip.

Terrible. I ordered these flowers to be delivered on Sept 3rd, but then learned my recipients would be out of down that day. I called the shop 4 days prior and changed my delivery date to the 10th. Bloom Bar and Co. delivered my flowers on the wrong day - so the flowers will be long-since dead by the time my friends get home. I am so angry and incredibly disappointed. I have used this florist before and was very pleased with the beautiful arrangement. This time I was disappointed and communicated I didn’t think the arrangement looked like the photo. Without asking me, the delivery was cancelled and I was sent an email I did not see until after business hours. The owner did not reply to my emailed response or the two telephone messages I left. This resulted in my having to drive to the store to insure the flowers would be delivered. The delivery fee was refunded to me which I told them was not necessary I just wanted the flowers delivered to my friend in the hospital. The customer service was sub-Par for this transaction. Since this order was important to me, I regretfully cannot recommend their services.

It's with great hesitation I'm writing this review. I had hoped you would have called me back. I'm new to the area and looked in Yelp to locate a good local florist. I called last week, spoke with a very nice lady. She understood my requirements for a Mother's Day arrangement. I was very specific and she even read them back to me.... No roses, no babies breath and not a typical vase, be creative. I ensured she understood the delivery instructions in which she said she put on the ticket. When you get to my house, there's a gate. Call or text me and I'll come up and receive them. Once again, she read the instructions back to me. The deliver was set for Friday.... Friday afternoon I called and left you a voicemail, asking where my flowers were and when to expect delivery. You NEVER called me back. My son was outside doing some work in the yard on Saturday when my neighbor, whom I'm not familiar with came home and proceeded to tell him she had my flower delivery.... She informed my son that the deliver driver didn't know how to access my gate.
Looks like there's something wrong in your process.... You failed to follow simple instructions and didn't deliver my flowers on time. Moreover, you didn't ensure I received them.... I wish I could say i was done here, however, I'm not.

I called and ordered a plant. Realized I had left a name out on the card so I immediately called back, got voicemail, left a detailed message explaining what I needed and asked that someone call me back. we placed the order two weeks prior to the scheduled Saturday pickup. I tried calling to confirm pickup time and got voice mail, called again, got voicemail. Went to the store and they said they did not have the paperwork, but would get it ready in 15 minutes. Ate lunch and came back and it had obviously been put together rather hastily and filled to the brim with water that splashed out. I had to empty two inches to transport it. Not nearly as pretty as the picture, but was adequate.

I’m very disappointed with the service. While the arrangement looks nice, the delivery was way too late, and ended up as a complete failure. I understand y’all don’t guarantee delivery times, but I find it unacceptable to have the flowers delivered after 5pm on a Friday to an office building. The obvious intent was to have them delivered during business hours, not after everyone has gone home for the weekend. This was the first and last time I’ll ever use this florist.

Only giving one star because it makes you, if I could I'd give 0 stars. Horrible customer experience! I ordered at 2pm on Wednesday and the flowers didn’t even arrive until 6pm on Thursday. Not to mention I paid $115 for a deluxe arrangement and no way was that arrangement worth that kind of money. As well, I tried calling the store every 30 minutes starting first thing Thursday morning and NEVER got an answer. I even left a message, no response. FINALLY received an email back Thursday afternoon that they would be delivered by 5pm. Nope, didn't arrive until 6pm. Was told they would refund my delivery charge, let's see if that happens. All in all a bad customer experience.

Lilly and Grant were awesome. I had ordered flowers for a dear friend of mine for her 50th birthday through 1-800- flowers. Her birthday was on a Saturday so I ordered on a Thursday with plenty of time just in case something happened. I got a call from them on Saturday morning. As usual I didn’t know the number so I didn’t answer it. They left a message that they couldn’t complete my order. So I call them back. The one that answered the phone looked at my purchase and said they weren’t sure why I got a call that everything was good to go. So I left my house. Thankfully my oldest daughter was with me because I got a call from them again saying that they couldn’t complete my order. I was doing something that I couldn’t talk to them so my daughter took the phone for me. Here it was the day of my friends/more like family 50th birthday and you’re telling me the day of that you can’t fill my order!!! Oh after they told me they could. Then they tell my daughter that they can send them the next Tuesday!! WRONG ANSWER! Her birthday isn’t on Tuesday. Of course by now I had not mailed her anything for her birthday either. So I told my daughter to tell them that I wanted a refund. We then began to try to call florists personally to get someone there to take care of it. Mind you I am in Alabama and of course my friend is in CO. After three florist of saying they couldn’t help us because my friend lived on the AF Academy we called Bloom Bar. Lilly answered the phone and my daughter told her and Grant our situation. They couldn’t deliver on the Academy either but they were willing to meet my friend at the gate. So we went with them in hopes of all being ok. Later my friend FaceTime me and Bloom Bar had made the most beautiful arrangement of flowers with two balloons. My friend and was so happy and I was very pleased with the service I had received and the flowers that they had put together. Oh but guess what showed up the next Tuesday even after my daughter had said refund? Yeah, flowers and they were horrible looking. If I lived in that area I would use Bloom Bar all the time and go through Lilly and Grant. Great job guys!! Thank you for making a customer happy and a friends 50th birthday special!!

The customer service was above par. Liz, who answered the phone, was very pleasant and professional. She was very thorough in asking what I wanted as an arrangement and assured me it would be delivered the same day, which it was. The delivery driver, Susan, called me when she delivered the bouquet to let me know she left them on the porch as no one answered the door. So I was able to tell my friend, who was actually home, to get them. This was above and beyond. And, the floral bouquet was BEAUTIFUL.

The staff hand picked these items and sent me a "Bloom Snap" picture of the arrangement before it went out for delivery. Normally I use a national chain for long distance flower delivery, but after the horrible customer service i received from both FTD and 1800Flowers I decided to try a shop local to the delivery location. I understand it was Mother’s Day, but if I’m going to spend close to $200 I would have preferred the flowers to look a LOT closer to what was listed on the site. No hydrangeas were provided. It doesn’t look tropical like the one on the site. The arrangement we got was full of carnations...which are the cheapest flowers you can buy. For the price of the flowers I got I believe I’m owed money back.

I was a little worried when I was informed that the flowers I had ordered for my sister on Mother’s Day didn’t arrive on the scheduled day because the prior recording when I placed the order stated there were no deliveries on Mother’s Day. I then called but on their recording it stated not to leave a message because calls were not going to be returned at the time. I then sent an email that same day and received a response the following day early in the morning. Overall, I was happy to hear back from them and that the deliveries that were not able to be delivered that day would be delivered on Mother’s Day. My sister received her touch of tulips and the arrangement was beautiful! She was happy and I was happy. Things happen but they delivered. Thank you!

The Mother's Day floral arrangement we ordered was absolutely beautiful -- it truly earned its name "Bowl of Beauty." My mom commented on the unique and perfect display. The colors were vibrant and some of the stems had yet to open, which was perfect. Flowers were pretty, but hardly looked like the photo. I understand that bouquets are not going to look exactly like the picture, but when its a "pretty in pink" bouquet, I expect... Pink! I received a picture of the one delivered, and most of the flowers were white.
It also got delivered a day late, and I wasn't notified until 11:30 at night the day it was scheduled to be delivered.
Again, I understand it was a busier holiday, but prompt and efficient customer service isn't too much to ask for.

I placed my order at 4:30am. I received a photo of my flower arraignment at 11:30am. The flowers were not delivered until almost 6:00pm. The recipient of the flowers waited until almost 5pm. She had to leave to travel out of town for the weekend & did not receive the order before she had left. I wouldn't think that I would need to call to ask for flowers to be delivered before the very end of the day. This flower shop is just down the street from the delivery address as well. Disappointed in the service.

The delphinium wilted the day they were delivered and she had to remove them from the arrangement. I could send you a picture of what remains. I asked when you could not deliver on Friday to wait until you had fresh flowers at the first of the week and you assured me the Saturday flowers would last. I am disappointed for my friend. Ordered online from out of state for next day delivery. Next day a severe snow storm which prevented that delivery. No problem - totally understand. I mean would be great if they had a fleet of snowmobiles out back lol. I originally had ordered white gladiolus and was emailed shortly after and told that white glads weren't in their inventory but were open to suggestions and ideas. The next morning a very friendly member of the Bloom Bar team, Grant, called me and was able to track down gorgeous vintage peach gladiolus. The florist Leana then texted me photos of what they had and together we designed a custom piece using peach glads, some of my ideas and some of theirs and it turned out HEAVENLY. These were for an estranged family member going through a period of tough loss and this UNBELIEVABLE arrangement bridged that gap and are now on our way to building a new relationship. She was overcome with emotion upon receiving and Grant hand delivered them into my aunt's home for her. My wife lives in Colorado and I live in Georgia and I was skeptical of getting flowers delivered when I’ve never seen any flower places there myself. Every arrangement we have received from Bloom Bar has been beautiful and original. We first started using Bloom Bar in May 2019 for an arrangement for Mother's Day. We did not order ahead, just walked in. They asked what our price point was, and within minutes crafted one of the most beautiful arrangements I've seen. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
