Bloom and Bramble is a family-owned and operated florist in Orem, proudly serving Utah County with premium floral design and heartfelt service. Jason, an Orem firefighter with over 20 years of service, joined forces with his mother Vicki, a seasoned floral designer with 25 years of experience and former owner of the 5-star-rated Thistle and Bloom in Chandler, AZ. After moving back to Happy Valley, the two combined their talents to bring Bloom and Bramble to life. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (801) 822-6522, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (801) 822-6522 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

They are wonderful. The staff that took my information was very helpful and the delivery was better than on-time. Looking back at the situation I might have been a little pressured into spending over X amount of dollars, maybe it was just me and my novice flower giving ways… in a pinch I will use them again. Hopefully next time if there is a next time I think ahead of time so I can do some price shopping.

We used Ranunculus, Butterfly ranunculus, Freesia, Stock, Wax lowers and Larkspur. (we didn't use garden roses per your request). I wasn't aware you felt pressured at all as we shared a laugh at your cute card message. We certainly don't ever want anyone to feel pressured or that they didn't get their full value in flowers or design. Is there something we can do to make you feel better? They did a gret job! The flowers that I originally wanted were difficult to get in stock, but they were able to find a few and adjust the flowers to compensate, and come up with a beautiful arrangement.

The ability to adapt and still create something beautiful really stood out, as I had a certain idea in mind. Great job!

This place is amazing!!! We live in Nv and wanted to send flowers to our daughter in law. The website is so easy to navigate and I LOVE that they are a true brick and mortar flower shop Right in Orem!! I have had awful experiences with online flower orders showing up in A box for the recipient to put together. Not this place!! The flowers were gorgeous and their communication was amazing!! I received a call letting me know the flowers were on the way, and also an email! Then another call and email once they were delivered!! I will use this place again for sure!!! I give them an 11 out of 10 all the way around!! Thank you!!!

I was in a desperate situation because another 'online' florist did not deliver the flowers ordered to a family funeral. I called and talked to Vicky, and she showed tremendous empathy, and stopped what she was doing, and put an arrangement together for us and had it delivered to the funeral home within the hour. It was a beautiful arrangement obviously created with care! The customer service shown to us in our time of need was impeccable. I would never go with another florist again after the experience I had with Bloom and Bramble. There aren't enough words to properly show my gratitute. Thank you!!

Everything about this florist was fabulous, from the lovely gal I ordered from who was so understanding about the situation and a delight to chat with - to the super beautiful flowers (I received a photo from the recipient) to the very prompt delivery! We found Bloom and Bramble when we were in a bit of a bind—just three weeks before our wedding, our original florist was injured and unable to continue. I reached out to several florists, and Bloom and Bramble responded right away. Despite it being the busy June wedding season, they made room for us, which truly felt like a miracle. Vicki quickly got to work, listened to our floral vision, and immediately sent a thoughtful proposal. We were so grateful for their responsiveness and willingness to step in on short notice.

In addition to being extremely efficient and professional to work with, their arrangements were stunning! They were exactly what we had envisioned—traditional and garden-inspired, while still feeling fresh and on-trend.

The bouquets, boutonnieres, and arch flowers all held up beautifully in the 95º heat at our outdoor ceremony. Vicki and her team, part of this wonderful family-run business, are true expert florists. She even included some special touches from her own garden, which made the arrangements feel that much more personal and unique. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out!

Awesome Service. I sent a couple of my younger employees to arrange for a delivery of flowers for a funeral. Figured this would be a good experience for the generation who seems to be still learning that we humans can actually talk one with another face to face. Big thanks to the employee who took such good care of us. She walked the youngsters through it all and gave a great experience. They came back recharged with having accomplished something new and both spoke highly of the experience. We are an independent business so that is what we like to support. We will be back.

Delivery Details & Tips

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
