We’re sorry that you were unhappy with your order. As mentioned during our call, I have volunteered to give you a full refund or to remake the arrangement, both of which you refused. I did try to explain that we are a small business and are not able to order at the same quantities as Kroger and the funeral home that you normally order from but also tried to explain that our flowers are of great quality which explains our prices. Our customers spend those same dollars with us as opposed to grocers and larger shops because they choose to support small/local businesses, they realize our talent and lastly they appreciate that we only purchase quality flowers. I fully understand that everyone is not our customer and wish you the best of luck.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
