Bliss Flowers and Boutique is a family owned and operated floral shop located in McLean, Virginia. We specialize in making your purchases exceptional and memorable, and we take great pride in providing friendly and professional customer service. In the areas we serve, we offer same-day delivery on floral arrangements, plants, themed gift baskets, balloons and other gift items. We also do custom work for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, retirement parties and other special events. Clients are always welcome to come into the shop to meet us and consult with us to place orders or create your own unique arrangement(s). We serve most of the Metro DC area but can work with you to place orders to other surrounding areas and States as well. We are located in the white building with blue shutters at 8115 Old Dominion Drive, Suite 102, at the intersection of Spring Hall and Old Dominion Roads in McLean, VA.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
