Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Absolutely gorgeous bouquet of flowers! I always try to use local florist and Big Bud’s Florist is a perfect example why. Fast, affordable, and ON TIME! I couldn’t be more satisfied! Flowers were beautiful. I understand it’s an extremely busy day, I just wish they would have arrived earlier. I ordered the flowers well in advance and expected them to arrive while my wife was at home during the day. I got home from work and called to verify an ETA and I was told within the hour and that was around 5:30. The flowers didn’t arrive until 8:20 and we unfortunately were not at home. My wife found out through our doorbell camera which was kind of disappointed. Outside of that, I think the product was beautiful

My siblings and I ordered the upgraded Candy Hearts arrangement for our mom. The florist sent me a pic of it when finished which was really nice. It turned out so beautifully- my mom was thrilled. She said they were the most gorgeous flowers she’s seen in years.
