|We have since bridged that gap, and repaired the damage. I am only now able to address this issue, and am doing so with courteous restraint. She was the only one in her office who didn't get surprised with flowers on Valentines Day. I had a rough time trying to sidestep that issue. What should have been ecstatic enthusiasm, was deflated to an also-ran grin.
Imagine the embarrassment she must have felt when one of her co-workers offered her one of their flowers, so she wouldn't have an empty desk. I can't go further. To this point I've restrained from using expletives. Should I continue, my diatribe may descend into doing so, which would be against my Christian upbringing.

|I asked how come no one called me the person who ordered, she gives me some ridiculous reply as to we don't call the person who orders.
She said she will deliver it today even tho Mother's day is over, not offering me any compensation for their mistake for missing the event and the occasion and the surprise being ruined since I asked the recipient to confirm if she received the flowers.
I said I need to speak to the manager and she said ok someone will call you. No one called, so I called back, spoke to another person who was just as rude and incompetent, promised to call me back again.
Called a third time and spoke to a "Linda" which i think is a made up name bc it sounded like the same snooty bitch who answered the phone in the morning.
She is like oh yea we refunded you because you are rude and we don't want to do business with you go buy flowers from somewhere else, then hangs up.
I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS IS ACCEPTABLE. STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE STAFF, and HORRIBLE SERVICE.
