The flowers were beautiful and fresh, but for $100.00 I was very surprised at how small the basket and floral bouquet were, and the basket was not as pictured. It would be helpful to have true photos on line of what you actually get for what you pay for so at least you set the correct expectations.

The price of this basket was $89.99 and the arrangement contained the amount of flowers shown in picture per the "recipe" set up by FTD. All baskets/vases shown in pictures are not available at all times. That is why we state "or similar" in the title of our arrangements. Talented floral designers should not be expected to copy a photo exactly as that is not what we are trained to do. We are trained to design original and attractive arrangements. Thank you for your opinion. We will review it further at our next staff meeting.

They really loved the fruit basket. I did not like being told it would be delivered christmas eve, when it was actually the day before. Then told afterwards it was delivered on the 24th. I wanted it to be that day, but anyway they lived it and hopefully your staff had a wonderful Christmas holiday with family.

The basket I sent is not the basket my loved one received. The basket was flimsy and looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. In the picture on the website, the basket I ordered had plants with no flowers and the one she received had plants and a mixture of flowers which she is allergic to. It also had some tulle in the basket (I’m guessing for filler because they didn’t have enough plants) that made it look tacky. Overall, I appreciate the effort and attempt but if you advertise something, you should make sure you have the ability to send exactly what the customer is expecting and shouldn’t send something totally different.

The arrangement was sent for my children's grandmother as we were unable to be there. The card was not with the peace lily; instead, it was picked up at the funeral home days later. No one knew the beautiful arrangement was from the dearly departed's grandchildren, or anyone for that matter.

I ordered this bouquet for my mother on her birthday. Since I live in a different part of the state, I paid extra for them to be delivered. Unbeknownst to me, my mother and father decided to drive down to Florida in order to visit her sister for her birthday. Berwick Floral actually called me on the big day to tell me that no one was home to accept the flowers they had brought them back to their shop instead of leaving them at the door, and they informed me that they would be happy to hold onto them until my mother returned home. I was not expecting them to go this above and beyond and would happily recommend them to anyone in Columbia County looking to buy flowers.
