I absolutely hate leaving a review of 2 stars and am totally willing to change that if things get updated. However, I’ve been emailed etc to review and honestly I’m perplexed.
During the process of choosing the flowers the system asked if I’d like to sign up for text alerts for any updates etc. Heck yah, I accepted.
I am on the east coast and wanted to send a kind message to a person; dude, guy; bro; homie- that I feel is dope!
I never received texts alerts or updates. No photos or anything of the flowered artwork that was delivered so I can’t really review that, which sucks.
I received an email that it was delivered. Super!
I started getting requests to review… I can’t really review anything about the flowers cause I don’t have anything to review.
What I can review is; my correspondence with Bernardo’s and they have been very responsive and helpful via email exchanges.
I did inquire via email on a few things and one of them being what is suggested to find out if the person who was supposed to receive, actually received, without sender having to ask. That’s just awkward and weird. Bernardo’s suggested sender to inquire if things were received. So I did even though I didn’t want to because it kinda sucks to have to do that. Legit, either he didn’t receive and me asking about them is wonky, he did receive and didn’t appreciate them, or whatever the case may be. Who knows and maybe TBC.

Very rarely am I satisfied with flower deliveries from what is online versus what is actually delivered. With Bernando’s Flowers the delivery is as good if not better than what is on the website! We discovered Barnardo's Flowers by accident. We ordered flowers through one of the major florist websites and Bernardo's fulfilled the order. While I have ordered many times from Bernardo's with exceptional arrangements I had to return this one because several of the sunflowers were rotted at the stem near the flower. I returned the arrangement and the staff replaced the damaged flowers but this arrangement should have been replaced and a refund given. The prices are high but the arrangements are quite good, but I expect the best and did not receive the best this time.

I received two of the most beautiful flower arrangements that I have even received, from friends after my mother passed. Both arrangements were from Bernardo's. So when it came time for me to send an arrangement to a dear friend, I placed an online order with Bernardo's late one evening. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
