I also want to tell you that within the letter we send what are the indications how to take care of that ship we always recommend not to take it out of the paper and not to take it out of the wrappers because this paper is a paper that is against water to be able to enjoy more of the colors of the paper and the design it has maybe your client unfortunately did not notice the indications that come inside the letter
