Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (561) 832-2871, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

As you selected the DESIGNER'S CHOICE arrangement, our florists use their creativity to craft a unique bouquet based on the freshest flowers available that day. This option does not specify exact colors or flower types and does not come with a photo, allowing for flexibility and variety. The description clearly states, "Let our professional designers choose the most beautiful creation for your gift. This includes florals & plants. (Due to high demand at this time, we cannot honor any special requests)."
Regarding the pricing, we offer a range of options to suit different budgets. While there was a more affordable STANDARD option available, you chose to upgrade to the DELUXE version for a more luxurious arrangement. This upgrade includes additional premium flowers, contributing to the overall cost.
We also want to let you know that we tried to give you a call and left a message to discuss and resolve the issue, but we did not receive a call back. As a small business, we dedicate our Mother's Day to ensure that all the mothers in our community receive beautiful flowers. A negative review can significantly impact us, and it is unappreciated when we are always willing to resolve any issues. If you were unhappy with your arrangement, a call to us could have resolved the matter promptly.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
