My friend, who I ordered this arrangement for, texted me a photo of it when it arrived. It was lovelier than I could have imagined—simply stunning. When he called me, he was truly touched by its beauty and the thoughts behind it. I was and am pleased beyond words. I had previously relied on Belak Flowers and knew I could count on them. My order was fwded to a Greensburg florist, who substituted expensive flowers for cheap ones, provided a fwd facing bouget instead of the fully-rounded one I ordered. They didn't update me with a text when delivered. After only three days, flowers are already wilting. I know these are not Belak Flowers because Belak is the absolute best. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Call Belak in Irwin to get the flowers you actually order.

However, the only thing, it appears from the photo we received, that made it larger in scale was a bunch of filler which doesn’t even appear in your sample photo. It does not appear additional actual flowers were added.

My mom loved the flowers but they looked nothing like the photo provided. I do understand that there is a flower shortage happening, but the main point of this bouquet was that my mom loves purple. This pitcher with flowers was also available with roses and yellow asters, but I picked this one, again because of the daisies. This item was out of stock even though the website did not reflect that before taking my money . I was given the option to send something else. I chose a bouquet listed on line. I requested premium meaning much larger to closely equal what I originally paid. The bouquet that was delivered did not look like the online ad and it was normal size not premium. So upset as this was to comfort my cousin on the death of our aunt. I do not feel what was delivered equaled the cost.

Our family was unable to hold a funeral with covid so it was nice to send a vase of color to brighten their day in a sad time. They even signed the card with pawprints from our dog, haha. Online ordering was super easy.

The arrangement was gorgeous! My mom absolutely loved it and it was a great surprise at her work for Mother’s Day. The reason I only gave three stars though is because of the delivery driver. He was not very friendly on the phone with my mom when trying to figure out where to deliver the flowers at her work. He ended up just leaving them by the truck delivery/loading dock back door, never waited to make sure she got them or to make sure nothing happened to them. Luckily she was already on her way down to get them but for the amount of money that I paid, I don’t feel that it was good customer service. I wanted to support a local small business, and I’m glad that I was able to and that the arrangement turned out so beautifully, but I don’t know that I would order from here again just because of the delivery driver and the way he acted.

I'm not really how to rate my experience. While the picture I saw online and the picture shown here is what I thought my mother was going to receive, this was not the case. While the flowers she received were pretty they do not appear to be what is shown. The container looks like a green potted plant container, nothing close to what is shown. The bouquet was very pretty, but unfortunately, it is not what I ordered. I ordered the Sunny Sunflowers bouquet as a Mother's Day gift because yellow is my mother's favorite color. I paid additional money to upgrade the bouquet and get more sunflowers. Let me emphasize that the only flower pictured in this bouquet is sunflowers. Unfortunately, there were only 5 sunflowers with additional filler flowers -- peach roses. If the florist was going to make a change this drastic, I feel as if I should have been notified -- especially since I paid extra money to get the best bouquet available. This is why I am giving two stars. I also put a note in the order to have it delivered later on in the day because she wouldn't be home until 5-6 pm. It was delivered at 3.

My nephew texted me to tell me how much they liked the flowers we had sent. I asked my sister to take a picture, because sometimes the picture of the arrangement on the computer, doesn't match what was delivered. This was the case with the arrangement you sent. This shows 4 yellow roses, and the picture my sister took of the arrangement delivered, did not show any yellow roses. This is disappointing to me, of course they were unaware of what was ordered, and the little red wagon is a novelty, so to them they thought it was a nice arrangement. You did not meet my expectations.

I was not pleased at all with my purchase. Belaks did not make up the arrangement but I paid and picked it out through Belaks website. When I contacted them that I was extremely unhappy with my purchase they checked in to the other floral company that they used and I got nowhere with that. I directly called the other floral company myself and complained about my $40 arrangement that in the end cost $56 and was quite ugly. The owner of the other floral company even agreed with me that the arrangement that he put together wasn’t pretty .there sending another arrangement out but no one wanted to just reimburse for the terrible flowers. I thought the Heavenly Grace Spray was beautiful. I was relieved to find it had been delivered. I would have given 5 stars except that I was very uncomfortable ordering on Saturday from a business that closed early on Saturday (12:00 pm) and was closed on Sunday; for a delivery on Monday at 2:00. There was no way to confirm that they would be able to accommodate such a big flower piece upon opening Monday morning. I would have felt much better knowing if an actual person was able to confirm that it would be done in time.

Since moving to North Huntingdon I have ordered flowers 2 times from Belak on line. Both times the flowers have been perfect & have lasted longer than expected. With that said though, both times the flowers were delivered early, 2-3 days early. This is my only complaint. I did call them the 1st time, but the 2nd time I figured it's time to let someone know. The woman on the phone was very apologetic & offered to send an additional flower arrangement which I accepted. Thank you. Unfortunately the flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered. There were no hydrangeas or roses, and there was a good amount of filler baby's breath, which is not on the sample photo. The base was completely different as well. I called and sent an email to let them know my dissatisfaction, but never heard back.

I ordered the premium heavenly light an was very shocked and disappointed to walk in to my brothers viewing on may 16th to find a fall floral arrangement with dark reds and golds and a darkpiece of driftwood. All other arrangements from belaks that were there were spring pinks , purples and whites. My first thought was " oh my flowers arent here , as i had ordered the mostly white arrangement! Kathleen Ott then pointed mine out ! All i can say is i was really embarrassed that anyone would have thought i chose to send those flowers at this time of year. I called the store to tell them how disappointed i was and the response was ,someone, not me put one wrong number in and they are sorry! I said " thats it , youre sorry ? She said well what do you want us to do ? Really sad that after being in business that long thats the best you can come up with Belaks ! A discount was in order. Thats a "no brainer". Guess you dont need my family's business ! You can look for my feedback on fb also. Unfortunately for me no stars is not a choice !

Just saw what Belak delivered and I am aghast. I paid an extra $20 for an upgraded version of this arrangement. What they delivered has one lily and no roses. In place of the roses, they put cheap carnations. I placed my order on line and from out of town, so I guess they thought I would never know. I will demand a partial refund.

My Mother in law loved her flowers! The container that the flowers came in were different than the picture but it was much nicer. The flowers were delivered on time and the actual flowers themselves were gorgeous! Belak's has never disappointed. Thank you for making my Mother in law feel special when we couldn't be there in person to do it.
