My aunt loved the flowers, but had scheduled delivery on Friday the first for her birthday, and the flowers were delivered on Wednesday. It was fine, but I had picked Friday because it was her actual birthday. Other than that everything was wonderful.

I ordered 36 Roses with baby’s breath in vase (see above). I received a bouquet of 24 long stemmed roses wrapped in paper and it didn’t arrive until 4:45p. The woman I dealt with was curt and rude with no apology.I finally got a refund $54 which was inadequate considering the late arrival

At first, they called to say that they didn't have the pink lilies and would change them to red roses, so I agreed to make sure it would be delivered on the date I wanted. After that, there was no communication at all. Did not receive any calls after that.

DO NOT do business with this place! I don't know why they call themselves florists, a 5 year old can do a better job! I paid alot of money for an arrangement I choose online and what was delivered was not what I paid for. I was so heartbroken to have seen the crap that was delivered. I should have read the reviews before placing my order! Calling them was just as bad, very unprofessional and seemed clueless as if they did not understand what was said to them. Crappy business.

A day late and some flowers and a vase short of what we ordered and paid for. The flowers that were delivered, were roses and lilies, instead of what was pictured above. The florist contacted me and said they would substitute exotics and try and get as close to the design depicted as possible. They didn’t do that, they didn’t deliver on the day they said they would, they didn’t deliver the flowers in a vase, and they made no effort to compensate for the things they disappointed us with.

I ordered flowers for a family member who is expecting and I loved same-day delivery and I ordered it before 9am and they were delivered the same day and the flowers were gargantuan! The family member who received them said they looked like "dinosaur" flowers (which is a compliment). For the price, it was expensive but for the service (they were responsive on online to my inquiries) and the quick delivery - it was 1,000% worth it.

Super happy with such a great flower company I would give them all my business) and really glad my family members loved the flowers!!!

I received a picture of the blooms I sent my friend, and I was very disappointed, especially since I opted for the more expensive version. the vase was not the same, it was a long vase, nondescript, not necessarily attractive, unlike the shorter one pictured here. Also the flowers were not at all what I requested, they were lilies of the valley, and lots of them, and no orange roses or the green flowers that are so distinctive. I thought you were supposed to copy the bouquet displayed, at least to some degree. what were you thinking?

SCAM - The flowers were delivered a day late and they said that my friend had to be there to answer their phone though they didn't ring the doorbell. I paid for an upgrade and the flowers they sent were a joke, they don't even look like the picture and there were maybe 10 flowers in total. Upon looking deeper at reviews, this place is just known for terrible service and work. Don't order from here. They go by different names as well. I had to call back several times just to get a measly refund of about 1/3 of what I paid - basically refunded me for the upgrade and that was it. It's a huge waste of money but I don't want to deal with these people anymore.

I PAID $157.97 for the long stemmed roses and Lillies, the bouquet that was received DID NOT LOOK EVEN SIMILAR TO THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE.

The one I received could have been prepared by any grocery store flower department for 30-40 dollars. The vase was Dollar Store quality and the whole arrangement had ONE unopened lilly, 2 hydrangea flowers (NOT EVEN IN THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE) and only 6 roses. It doesn’t even come close to what was advertised on your website!

Would not recommend. I ordered a mother's day bouquet "summer nights" with lilies and roses since those are my moms favorite. The picture she sent me was infuriating to be honest. I understand mothers day is a busy time and that some flowers may be substituted due to weather, supply etc as stated in their website, to be replaced with something equal in value. She literally got what looked like 3 handfuls of backyard flowers. Carnations, mostly. Sorry but I didn't pay $50.00+ for lame flowers. Reached out to see what happened and got no response. So irritating

I had the worst experience ever!! I dealt with a complete bitch from the get go.
I called to ask questions and the woman who answered the phone, said she could take my order over the phone. She never said, hello or how can I help you. She told me to hold on as if I was imposing on her.

So, I told her that I would place my order online.
I believe her name was Laura or Susie, I don't remember.
Eventually, I called the day of the delivery to see if my order got delivered. She told me that telling me that I gave her the wrong phone number and address and then hung up on me.
She was rude and obnoxious.

Then, she called me back to tell me that she was able to reach the recipient at the number I entered online.

With the time I spent arguing with her, I could have delivered the orchid myself.

She is one of the stupidest women I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with.

Because of her lack of customer service and incompetence, I will never order from Bel Air Flowers again, and I urge you to do the same and shop somewhere else.

I am not sure if I was dealing with the owner or an employee, regardless, she should have enough class to deal with customers better.

I am so frustrated with Bel-air Florist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!! Apparently, they go by Barrington Florist too. $1500 for a VIP client, and the woman expects me to be “happy” with the arrangement pictured. The colorful arrangement is what I sent for reference. I’m so mad because not only did they make me pay prior to seeing the arrangement, BUT THEY TOOK 6 HOURS TO EVEN SEND A PHOTO.

Unfortunately this whole shopping experience was not what I expected. The flowers did arrive but the bouquet that was delivered was subpar and nothing like what was depicted, definitely not worth $107. What makes it even worse was this was for the memorial of my boyfriend’s mother. I did speak to the shop owner twice. It was like speaking to a disgruntled customer. This was a terrible experience. We spent $130 and what was delivered to an important client was absolutely awful. We ordered an assortment of tulips and what showed up was a bouquet of bruised daisies with some other cheap, filler flowers. When I called to see if we could have the mistake corrected, the person I spoke to was very rude and after multiple phone calls she very reluctantly agreed to have the correct bouquet delivered. The second arrangement while better than the first, was still nowhere near the picture. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

The delivery was for Thursday for a special occasion, but oddly the delivery was made Wednesday late afternoon. WRONG flower arrangement. WRONG day.. I wish I could enclose a picture of what was received. A DISGRACE. I have spoken to “ANN” who said fresher flowers would be delivered on Thursday. NOTHING arrived. This company does not care. Many of the flowers my relative received are now in the trash. Don’t fall victim to this disreputable business.

Horrible experience and customer service. I ordered an amazing arrangement, paid $150 with all the fees. They delivered something totally different not even close to the style, flowers, colors or worth the same value as what I originally ordered. They delivered about 8 yellow and orange tacky roses. I was so embarrassed when I received the picture of what was delivered to my sister. I contacted them and sent pictures. I still have not received a response back from them.

Flowers were never delivered.

I had to call three times after waiting all day for the worker to tell me the flowers I ordered were “out of stock” and that the driver was too far away to bring them. After calling again the worker told me that I needed to pick another option and that she would text me the options. I never heard back and they would not answer the phone after that.

You all should be ashamed of yourselves for not only never delivering my order, but also having me wait all day Mother’s Day and call various times.

Absurd. Do not by any means place an order through this company.

What was mailed was lovely... but it was a group of very colorful flowers including Gerber daisies and some bright red flowers in a vase. Very poor product and customer service. On Friday October 23, I ordered "Happiness by BloomNation" arrangement from Bel Air Flowers for my daughter in law, and upgraded to a "deluxe" arrangement hoping for a "Wow" beautiful surprise based on the photo advertised with unusual flowers. She sent me a text thankyou with a photo of the arrangement, but I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the flower substitutions, and with the overall look of the arrangement considering the price I had paid (over $104). It looked like grocery store flowers. I tried calling and emailing them with my specific concerns about the arrangement, but only received "someone will get back to you" (on Sunday, 2 days later) and again on Monday (3 days later). Finally today, (4 days later) they sent me another automatic email that the arrangement had been delivered on time, without any reference to my complaint. I wanted to give a local florist my business, but sadly, this one disappointed greatly.

First off, THE most unprofessional phone call I’ve ever experienced with a business in my entire life. “HELLO?” what legitimate business answers the phone like that?
Second I ordered my flowers 2 days in advance to be delivered on my friends birthday. They called her and wanted to know if they could be delivered the next day!!! No! I specifically requested delivery on that day because it was her birthday and she was going on vacation the following day.
Then, I called a second time after flowers were not delivered, and no one picks up
So in final, my friend never received her flowers on the day I PAID to have them delivered. What’s the point of even asking what date people want flowers delivered if they just call the recipient while chewing gum wanting to know what time her place of business closes and if they can deliver the next day instead. Unacceptable

It wasn’t delivered at all and when I called the next day no one answered the phone calls so I finally got a hold of someone on the phone who wasn’t pleasant at all and I was told that I will get my refund the same day. I had to call again later and it wasn’t done and when I asked for my credit I was told to call tomorrow. I do not understand with this poor service how they could stay in business!!!!

I placed an order 2 days prior to the Mother’s Day. Guess what? They never delivered it.
On the day of Mother’s day, I called them around noon to check the status on my order. A lady answered the phone who was not speaking English for sure. She picked up the phone and in a very rude voice said, text the driver. I barely understood what she said. I said but who and which number am I texting? She said same number. Anyway, I sent the order number and address to the phone number. NO ONE RESPONDED. I called them back and she picked up the phone again. Same story. Asked me to text it again, so I did. She texted back saying, coming wait please!!!!!!

Nothing happened till it was 5:45 pm, I called that number again, which I got rejected. She texted me saying “ Cant talk, whats up” !!!!!!

Well that was new. I never heard a business servicing clients like this.

I asked for my order status and she texted back saying, wait it is coming

Yes they NEVER DELIVERED MY FLOWER TO MY MOM ON MOTHER’s Day. How terrible is that? And they named their business Bel Air Florist like you think they are high end in everything.

NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with them. Yes their website is nice but they are scam and they dont know how to run a business.

Delivery didn’t show up for Mother’s Day. Bel air flowers was unresponsive. I was able to make contact with them once (after the many calls and emails) and they said they would deliver the next day (wed). Never showed up. The woman I spoke to asked me to communicate through text and she has not responded to me. Working with my credit card company to get the charge reversed. They are awful.

This was my worst experience ordering flowers ever. I placed an order online, and my credit card was charged and I received an email confirmation for flower delivery May 10. Nothing arrived on May 10... or May 11. On May 12 I contacted Bel Air Flowers by phone and was asked to send a copy of my receipt and someone would follow up with me. I sent the receipt, and nobody followed up. I contacted Bel Air Flowers again May 13, and this time was told my order would be immediately refunded. That never happened. I was forced to contact my credit card company on the afternoon of May 14 to report the charge as fraud. I am now in the process of filing multiple complaints against Bel Air Flowers.

Bel Air Flowers left me angry and disappointed.

I ordered roses to be delivered to my girlfriend's work on Valentine's Day and was excited to see that Bel Air Flowers would do same-day delivery, even on Valentine's Day. Later in the day I called them to confirm that the order had been delivered, but the woman hung up on me. I called back multiple times within a 5 - 10 minute span and each time either she answered and hung up on me, or didn't even pick up. They did not end up delivering the flowers.

I am disappointed and angry at this business for not delivering the promised service. I will not recommend them.

I could not be anymore displeased. I put in the order around 11:30. The delivery location is easy to find, close by, well known, and every person on the small school campus knows who my wife is to ensure the flowers make it. At 3:00 I called to ensure the flowers would be delivered and spoke to an incredibly rude person who when asked if the delivery would still be ok for today gruffly said “oh....they will get there.” When I said goodbye, they hung up with no more conversation. Three mins later another rude call was made to my wife again gruffly asking “when are you leaving....I have flowers for you, you have to be there at four....there are in a Lyft.” So much for the surprise... My wife shouldn’t have had to, but waited at 4 next to the only open, primary entrance to campus. No Lyft. A gruff call again says “ we had an understanding and you weren’t there.” My wife incredulously explained she was by the only gate and it wasn’t her responsibility to ensure delivery?! They said, do you have security, they probably have it....my wife explained that she was at the only entrance with security and the person accused her of being confused. The Lyft driver then left the box of flowers, without a card, next to an unused, unlabeled gate on the other side of campus...the $100 bouquet of roses were spilled inside the box. The flower shop person told my wife where to find them. My wife spent over an hour chasing a poor Lyft driver who was not where he said he was according to the incredibly angry and rude, accusatory instructions of the shop person that forgot our order all day and crammed it in....then made it my wife’s fault for the delay and said it was my wife’s fault it didn’t work out. Never using this shop again. I have been delivering flowers to my wife at this location many times with no issue. We are polite and easy to deal with, but I refuse to be treated like a prisoner getting gruel when I am ordering incredibly pricey luxuries...

Finally, the email receipt had a phone number on it that never go through to the shop....I looked it up online...different number, different area code. Incredible...

I would never use them again. The recipient of my flowers sent me a thank you and photo of what was delivered and it was so vastly different than what I ordered...as in, not even remotely close. When I called to complain they 100% acknowledged they didn't have what they needed to make the arrangement so they just threw some random flowers in a vase and assumed/hoped I wouldn't find out. The arrangement looked like it was arranged by a child. I was incredibly embarrassed and had to apologize profusely to the recipient. Bel Air Flowers said they would fix it and send a new arrangement but they never would have acknowledged it if I hadn't called and complained. I expected and paid for what I thought was going to be a quality product. I was wrong.

I called the store and the owner said they did not receive order from Bloomnation. As a matter a fact, they contacted me a week before the delivery date to ask me to order different flowers.

After placing an order online and receiving both an on-screen confirmation and email confirmation that the order would be delivered on 1/25, I called the store to confirm that delivery actually took place. They explained they could not do so because the driver had already left. The website gave ZERO indication that this was a possibility and there was no notice given to me either by phone OR email. The person who answered my call was rather rude, but stated that she would "hire a special courier" to make the delivery that late in the day. This actually NEVER HAPPENED. The delivery took place the next day, with no follow-up from the staff, no explanation for the late delivery and no compensation for a late delivery well past the time I needed it delivered. When you provide customers with an online ordering/e-commerce, the expectation is that the confirmation information is what the establishment will adhere to. In this case, that didn't happen, and the staff's attention to the matter was insufficient to say the least. I will certainly be posting several reviews to alert other possible customers that their follow-through for online purchases is both unacceptable and staff response is rude and insufficient as well.

Terrible experience. The bouquet I ordered was not what I got, none of the flowers matched and some types were missing. Everything written on the description was not there. Delivery was late, and the delivery person did not even have the courtesy to to wait for the recipient, instead telling the person that he is there but disappearing for a few hours when recipient reached home. Card was of a low quality, bought from some cheat stationary store and hand written by a child. The vase had spilled during delivery , wetting the card and the arrangement. Overall all I have to say is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE HERE TO SCAM YOUR MONEY.

Follow up: The order was finally delivered late on 9/24/17. The recipient sent me a photograph of the flower arrangement that he received. It did not even resemble the arrangement that I selected and paid for. I will be asking for a full refund.

Very bad service. We picked Bel Air Flowers because the website made them look professional and the pictured flowers were good looking. We paid $440 for flowers and delivery. Flowers were not delivered. I was not notified. When I called the next day, they said they were out for delivery and hung up on me twice. But the flowers were again not delivered. The third day they called and lied that they had tried to call me. They made an excuse saying they had to wait for the flowers to be imported from Hawaii, even though just the day before they had told me they were out for delivery. They did not offer any money back or future discount to make up for their poor service or bad treatment. The flowers finally arrived, and there were many fewer flowers than pictured.

Ordering the flowers online was easy. But that's where the good experience ended. I ordered an assorted bouquet for my girlfriend, and when she got them she sent a picture and they were not even close to what I ordered. Sometimes there are substitutions which is fine, but this was missing 3 of the 4 flowers shown in the bouquet, and replaced by leaves. Additionally, the handwritten card was barely legible, and certainly not what I would expect from their site, or based on the money I spent.

I called to ask what happened, and after I stated why I was calling, the person on the phone said they were closed. I said, well who am I talking to if you're closed? She just said we're closed and hung up. This was at 4:45p. Their hours are clearly listed as open until 6p.

Look elsewhere. I am doubtful you will get what you ordered, and service is awful.

What was delivered wasn't remotely like what is pictured here. They even substituted a square glass vase for the mercury glass bowl. They also substituted much cheaper flowers. I emailed them about this and that they should make it right but I haven't received a response. They should send a free replacement that looks exactly like this picture. Otherwise I would never use them again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
