Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Bee Sweet Blooms: you are fantastic!!! I called at the last minute to order Mother's Day flowers for my mom who is living in an assisted-living home. (I live out of state.) I have never been treated with such kindness and optimism. I actually enjoyed the phone call and felt quite cheerful after the conversation. I was not expecting such help and kindness in this last minute request. The flowers were very reasonably priced, and the delivery charge was quite modest. The flower arrangement was delivered at the perfect time on Mother's Day morning. My mom was so excited to get such a beautiful bouquet. I will definitely be buying more flowers from Bee Sweet Blooms. I highly recommend them to anyone needing flowers for any occasion. God bless you Bee Sweet Blooms! ❤️
