Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

The Flowers were beautiful. No 5 stars though because there were no hours, times, to pick up the arrangement on my confirmation. I called the phone number and it was full of messages and so sent many emails. Finally, yesterday Rob was called at work and being my friend's home was close to the Bee's flower shop they told Rob they would deliver the arrangement. When Rob went over to his Moms the flowers were there on the porch and Beautiful. My friend Loved them!! I am happy she got them and I am happy too! I would buy flowers again from Bee's Flower Shop!

I live in Canada and was ordering the flowers for my friends birthday. I ordered same day delivery and the whole process was super easy. It is hard to order from out of town when you are not familiar with a place. My friend received the flowers and said they we beautiful. The communication throughout the process was fantastic.
