Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

My daughter loves the arrangement. She needs some sunshine so these are perfect. She went to college in Kansas so the sunflowers have even more meaning. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement & for putting that sunshine back in her life.

The patient they were delivering to was released earlier than expected but the flowers were delivered to the hospital. I contacted them and they went back to the hospital picked up the flowers and delivered them to her home. This was all resolved via email. They responded to my email within 10 minutes. I was so grateful for their understanding, patience, and flexibility. Thank you so much Bee's Flowers for not only delivering a beautiful arrangement but for the fantastic customer service.
