This was the best experience I have ever had with a florist. I ordered a boutonniere and they notice the reason I was sending flowers, and called me to ask if that is what I intended. I am so glad they caught that, they were able to put a small little set of flower together and still send it to my friend within the an hour. I would definitely use them again.

It was almost closing time and I had made the order by phone, it was a pleasure working with Beaumont Flowers, very professional! I had ordered the Sapphire Skies Bouquet for my neighbor who's wife passed away. My mom said the bouquet was beautiful and remarked how many flowers were in it as well as how heavy it was to carry in. The flowers were delivered when my mom was not home but they were placed in a secluded spot on the front porch and mom was sent a text letting her know they were there.

I called them but beside of apologizing and saying what we can do to make you happy they were so rude about it and they were like we did what you ask us for and I send both of the picture from the website and from the picture of what they sent out they still said oh this is what we do and we even did more Not any apology and not even making their customer happy even though it was my second time ordering from them. I didn’t want to get money back. I’m a little disappointed in the arrangement I ordered vs the arrangement that was delivered. I specifically wanted soft pink roses, so I found a beautiful arrangement offering: “Pale pink roses and pink carnations, with sheer white ribbon”, along with some greenery and baby's breath etc.
What was delivered instead was: peach roses, pink carnations, and sheer pink ribbon.
I don’t want to sound picky, but’s there’s a very personal reason I wanted pale pink roses. I feel like I should have at least been offered a different color choice, or even a different arrangement, if my color choice wasn’t available.
I’ll choose a different florist if there’s ever a next time.

I recently purchased a sympathy basket for a family member who lost a loved one. What I ordered and what was delivered were two totally different arrangements. I ordered the Secret Garden Basket. However the arrangement that was delivered shows no resemblance to the Secret Garden Basket.
The flowers and foliage in the delivered basket are of a different type and color from what is shown in the Secret Garden Basket on the website.
The delivered basket itself is different. It is smaller in size and lighter in color.
The delivered arrangement definitely is not as full as what is shown on the website and the delivered arrangement is smaller in size compared to the website picture of the arrangement.
When I called the flower shop and spoke with the person who took my order to discuss the matter, (along with pictures of what was ordered vs what was delivered), she immediately acknowledged that the two arrangements are indeed different. She then became somewhat defensive and began to tell me that when she took my order over the phone she explained to me that the basket would not look exactly the same. This is not true. While she may have noted that due to the season, she would have to use cut flowers instead of blooming flowers she never once indicated that the delivered basket would be something sub-standard, something significantly less than desired. She continued with her diatribe and this, that and the other. I explained to her that I am not a florist. I am not in the flower business. While I understand the reason for using cut flowers over blooming flowers, I did not realize that agreeing to cut flowers would mean getting something much, much less than desired.
If the details as they were explained to me "after the fact" were explained to me in the same fashion when I placed the order, I would never have selected this arrangement. I definitely would not have paid the same amount of money for what I got vs. what I ordered, which by the way I was told that there is no price difference for the smaller sub-standard delivered arrangement and the website basket.
I am not a happy or satisfied customer. I very much feel deceived. I will never recommend or use this store again.

The flowers that were delivered were pretty but nothing like the bouquet that I ordered. The "Adoring You" bouquet is much more delicate and does not include a bunch of filler greenery. If substitutions that were to be made by you or if my upgrading the arrangement changed it so completely then perhaps a phone call was in order before the bouquet was delivered.

I was disappointed in the flower arrangement I ordered for my neighbor's 95th Birthday. The picture that's shown here, didn't look like the actual arrangement she received. I realize some of those flowers were maybe not available, but when making the order over the phone, was told all those flowers were available. When it comes to customer service, I think someone should have called to let me know, that the arrangement wouldn't be the same as the picture. Would I still like to order them? But that didn't happen. Won't be using your florist any longer.

Super disappointment with my 24 inch heart I ordered for my grandmothers funeral. I spend over $400 on this so called premium arrangement and when I saw the flowers used, the gaps where flowers should have been out, the type of flowers used, I would not have spent more than $150 for that. It was a rip off and super disappointing. Nothing like the arrangement online and when I was expecting since I paid more for that premium look. It was little embarrassing when left next to other smaller arrangements that had better and more flowers.

I ordered the Premium arrangement (Roses and Lilies) but what was delivered was not even close! My friend had sent me the picture. The lady called me and did not agree and she kept saying the arrangement had 12 roses and 6 lilies and was so big that we could barely move it! I was happy with the fast delivery, and the arrangement was similar to what is shown, but I wish they would tell me that the one shown is the upgrade. The arrangement I sent only had about 1/4 the number of flowers shown on the website. I probably would have upgraded had I known my arrangement would be rather small. Otherwise, I was happy with the delivery and the arrangement was basically correct other than having not as many flowers as I expected. I recommend upgrading your flowers to get a better-looking arrangement if you order.

I gave 3 stars because I realize it was last minute so I do appreciate that However I selected the Mickee because they were daisies and my grandmother is 95 years old and she loves daisies, The bouquet that was delivered had zero daisies in it… And the vase was completely different. The florist just called to tell me we had a pink one instead but they also were not in the pink they see were in a clear vase. I admit I was a little disappointed but my grandma was just happy to get flowers- but for $70, I would like to get what I ordered.

I really appreciate Beaumint unique Flowers accommodating a same day rather last min order for me since all the online services could not offer me same day. I told the store rep my budget and that my relative likes purple and to try and incorporate some purple in the arrangement. For the price I paid I was expecting some Rose's and Lillies are more high end flowers. Unfortunately I did not specify what flowers I wanted and based on the picture my Aunt sent me, it appears the arrangement was made up of inexpensive flowers like daisies and other random flowers.

The arrangement was very nice but the flowers were supposed to be a surprise to my sister for her birthday but when the delivery driver arrived she called the location, it was a business and had my sister go outside and get her own flowers instead of taking them inside. I purposely put my personal number for them to call instead of the business number. The delivery driver got the business phone number and called the business line and had her run outside and get her flowers. Kind of disappointing because it ruined the surprise.

On Monday, December 14, 2020, I was desperately searching for florist to come to my rescue for my daughter's zoom wedding the following day. I said not to use the daisy flowers and you did add them to it. I had to ask her daughter to remove them because she is allergy to them. I’m kind of disappointed that you didn’t pay attention to what I said.

Wonderful experience with this personable staff, & my papa said the floral arrangement was amazing! I had given the wrong number for delivery, & got a pleasant message from the shop asking for another, since it was 'warm' out that day (100+!) & they didn't want to leave it outside. It wasn’t even close. You should contact purchasers on the purchase screen or before the purchase or before the delivery to say die to shortages you won’t be delivering what the picture shows.
It was disturbing how the colors didn’t match, Like many other customers I picked out colors for a particular reason and paid more to got
them. I could have chosen a lower priced piece but these colors were what I wanted.

Beaumont Unique Flowers has earned a customer for life. I live out of state and like to send flowers to Mom, but there have been serious challenges/errors with some of the big chain florists, and the bureaucracy to correct is frustrating. Each order with Beaumont Unique has been smooth and perfect, and my interaction with them has been great. I like that they are a local company and their reputation speaks for itself. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
