Ordering flowers online is difficult because one never knows if it’ll turn out as pictured. I tend to be super picky as well as my family has owned flower shops in my town since the mid 50s, both wholesale and retail. Well let me tell you, the arrangement we received was absolutely gorgeous! It was actually much better than I imagined it would be, much larger than I expected (I upgraded the arrangement too), full of fresh flowers (not fillers), and very colorful. It was truly stunning. Delivered on time but the arrangement they received was heavier on greens than colorful flowers and way less cheerful and bright than this photo implied it would be. The recipients sent me a photo thanking me; but, since they are going through some sadness, I had hoped to cheer them up a bit with a bright pop of color. Like the picture here suggests. Since I’m not there to see it myself, I will reserve my comments to what I see in the photo they sent. “Subdued” wasn’t the concept...perhaps I should have pointed that out in the instructions before sending in the order.

The flowers my mom received are beautiful; however, it is not what I ordered. Her favorite color is purple and I specifically got a purple vase with lots of purples in the bouquet. She got a pinkish vase and the bouquet was based on pink and not purple. Again, they are beautiful but not what I ordered or even close. The flowers I give a 5. For not delivering what I ordered a 3 so total of 4.

Great service, I forgot to sign the card and they called and asked me if I wanted to let the person know who sent the flowers. My friend loved the flowers and sent me a picture. They looked even better than the photo online. Highly recommended!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
