Gwen has over 25 years serving the Minneapolis/ St. Paul floral community, and 7 years ago became dedicated to making Bayside Floral the best little floral and gift shop it can be. Sandy- We are sorry this happened with the florist we sent the order to on your behalf. When clients send out of state we really try as best as we can to "vet" the other florist. We have refunded your order via our email exchange and truly hope that we made it right on your end enough that you will remember us and give us another chance for your local deliveries. We do always encourage clients to seek out a LOCAL REAL florist in the city they would like to send to. But is if it too daunting, we can facilitate the order OR go online and assist in finding a REAL florist for you. We know how deceiving some online sellers may be. As stated on every arrangement description, we do make substitutions as necessary based on quality and availability, but very RARELY do our blooms only last a few days. I do truly hope you give us another chance to get better than 2 stars!

|I asked that it be put in a round vase which i cannot see and also that a picture be sent to me before delivery to which I could have told them to take out some of the greenery as this was going to a prominent socialite. I did not get a picture in advance so I truly hope this is prettier in person. Did not look much like the picture either, of course they hardly ever do but I did expect this to be much prettier.

Mr. Clark, I am sorry sorry that is how you feel! After looking back at the photo we sent you prior to it going on delivery, I will admit we are not great at taking pictures, and I assure you that your gift was upgraded to more than twice the size of standard with large garden roses vs 40 cm, oriental lilies vs standard, among other premium floral items, less carnations, more berries and matthiola. The gift was place in a circular vessel vs cube as requested, and photo sent to email prior to leaving our shop also as requested. If there are any other questions, please reach out- I am happy to discuss.

We are so happy she enjoyed her gift. Regarding the foliage, we do have a substitution policy located on every arrangement as seasons change or cannot always have everything God created on a daily basis- we are a small business... the policy is listed below.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our apologies if your experience was confusing with the stock photo our order confirmation email that auto generates and the photo/arrangement you had chosen from our website, Field of Europe. As for ALWAYS messing up your orders, a complaint we take very seriously, we investigated and think you may have us mixed up with someone else or another florist. In searching our P.O.S. Systems and website sales history, we cannot find ANY time prior to this you have ever ordered from us before and our records go back about 10 years. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
