The flowers came in beautiful, large pink roses, but three days later they are dying. Changed the water, but the blooms are yellowing and falling off. Not sure if this is a one off, I will continue to use Bates flowers because they usually deliver longer lasting and beautiful bouquets.

I was pleased that I received a call concerning the violets that should have been in the arrangement. The person said they came in unopened and didn't want to use them. She wanted to make sure it was ok to substitute a different plant and I appreciated the contact. However, she told me she could use 3 primrose as opposed to the 2 violets because they were smaller was a price difference. She said that the three would look very nice. When I saw the basket at the funeral home, it only contained 2 plants and that was disappointing. It would have been a 5 star rating if they had delivered what was promised.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
