I have ordered from here before however my experience on Christmas Eve was disappointing. I had placed my order December 17 for pick up December 24. In the morning of Christmas Eve, I called to ask when my flowers would be ready for pick up like the email had told me to. Upon this call They said they have not received my order and they did not have it. Time before closing I went to the flower shop to show them my receipt. Seeing this, they did give me another bouquet however, it was still not the one that I had ordered nor wanted.

My delivery to my sick friend never arrived. I called early in the day and spoke with staff who promised it would be delivered. I called text and emailed after hours no one called me back up until the next day and the only response that was said to me was that they would talk to the driver. I was hoping the flowershop would say how can I fix this. I was hoping they would say to me “let me re send the same flowers “ but nothing was done to fix the problem and there was no appropriate response. No flowers delivered. I really expected better customer service response. There was no apology and no I’m sorry. My sick friend never got her delivery. Never again. So disappointed.

I have to say that i often use 1800flowers when i am lazy and cannot make it to the store. This time, i wanted to support a local business and ordered online with Bassett. I have to say that the tulips that were delivered were certainly not worth the $ 75 I spent including delivery and tip. My Mother in Law sent the same number of tulips from 1800flowers and they were less expensive, nicer and can in a much larger vase.

I have been going to Bassett for almost my entire life, and haven’t been disappointed until today. I purchased the Pretty in Pink Bouquet and got something almost entirely different. It says it comes in a Pink vase/planter as shown… it did not. The planter was made of a cheap paper/plastic. That being said there is a disclaimer saying it most likely wouldn’t be almost exact and this bouquet was FAR from the picture. Paid upwards of $80 for something I was disappointed to see at first glance. Expected much more for a first time online purchase and as a longtime customer. Wouldn’t order online again.

I completely understand that Mother’s Day can be busy for florists, which is why I placed my order on April 13, nearly a month in advance. Yesterday I called twice about the delivery, the first time there was no answer and the second time it was a third-party saying they would take my phone number and contact the shop and someone would call me. I also sent an email asking about the delivery. I got a response from neither email nor phone call. But HEY I got prompted to leave a review. Terrible service. I will be inquiring about a refund.

I now live in Florida, so I do not get to visit with my parents and sister at St Anthony’s Cemetery often. We all loved flowers, so I try to have flowers at their gravesites, as often as possible. I ordered this arrangement in the morning for same day delivery and it arrived same day by 5pm. The arrangement was beautiful and filled with sunflowers and a large bow (not pictured, but a nice addition). The vase is a little bit different than the one pictured, but still clear glass and rounded. So glad I decided to go with Bassett! I’m a first time customer and will definitely order again.

I originally ordered the flowers online to be delivered the next day. I had time to pick them up instead so I did. They said they put more flowers in the bouquet to cover the cost of the delivery. I seriously didn't believe they did that. The picture has white roses and red/or dark pink roses. I only got pink roses in mine. To scam a person on flowers in a bit rediculous. They have lost any credibility they had.

I've used your store for many year's but not necessarily often. It was my closed friends Birthday so I ordered flowers for her on to be delivered Sept 22nd. So I was shock when I received a lovely text from her on Sept 15th thanking me for her beautiful flowers. I called the store to inform them and the only option I got was that they would go back and get the flowers from my friend and then delivery new ones on the date that I had ordered them for. It will make me think twice about ordering from them again. I'm giving them 3 stars only because the flowers were stunning
