We are also here to support you for your funeral floral needs. Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Barb’s has continuously amazed me! Living in the “rat race” of California and being able to call somewhat last minute to order flowers for funeral services, special events, home deliveries has me OVERJOYED! The customer service, attention to detail, and quality of the arrangements exceeds ALL my expectations! During this recent order, I even got a call from Barb herself to let me know they needed to substitute a type of flower that was pictured in the ad and her confidence in the substitution had me sold! That’s the type of service EVERY establishment should be trying to achieve; Going above and beyond to please their customers! I work in healthcare and don’t receive tips and praise always for the job I do, but I appreciate and like to acknowledge GREAT businesses when I come across them.
