I've been using Baraboo floral for decades. They have never disappointed in the flowers they have, or the their prices.
I ordered flowers to be delivered at 8am from North Carolina and they were delivered to my mom for her Birthday in Baraboo by 10am! I see no reason to use a floral company, like a big National chain, which costs more.

What I ordered and what I received were total opposite, this bouquet is very bright and vibrant what I received was very dull looking, wasn’t worth the money I spent. Would not recommend this place again and I will not be ordering from them again. Delivery time to me was inadequate open from 8-2 and didn’t receive till 230pm flowers should have be delivered in the am at worst. I will be ordering from a different floral shop that I have used before and received what I ordered.

If you are planning to keep the flowers overnight before your occasion, I would take out the written note inside so it doesn't take in the moisture causing it to get wet. Now, we didn't really know how to take care of the flowers, but we thought it would be best to leave the bag open to let the flowers breathe.

I always get the designers choice and have never been disappointed. However on this order on Monday morning I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Tuesday morning when my wife returned from holiday visit, again using the designer choice. Within two hours of ordering the flowers they arrived at my door a day earlier then scheduled. Instead of a bouquet of flowers it was a Christmas centerpiece. It was already looking a little old when it got here and only lasted for a couple of days before the roses and carnations were gone. It seems to me that you had some leftover centerpieces made before Christmas that you needed to get rid of and so you sent one out to me.
I do not mind spending good money for flowers, which I do often. These however were very disappointing and only lasted a couple of days. From now on I assume I will have to be very specific when ordering flowers from here. Thank you

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. I paid extra to have the arrangement bigger and better. It was delivered and I was very disappointed in it. It did not look like the picture. The picture was deceiving. I emailed the company and did not receive a response. I purposely like to go through the floral company myself as opposed to a company like 1-800 flowers because I feel I would receive a more accurate and better product according to the picture however this was not the case. No one has reached out to me regarding this. Moving forward I would not order from this company again.

I called Baraboo Floral regarding the floral arrangement I was interested in and the importance to me on its appearance. They worked with me to ensure what I wanted was ordered in time and did a follow up call on the specifications I had entailed in my order to upgrade the arrangement. Baraboo floral went above and beyond to build a beautiful flower arrangement for The funeral of our lost loved one. They didn't have one kind of the flowers we wanted but they compensated them for even prettier flowers. They were very professional. The message that I wrote to the family that came with the arrangement was hand written and meant more then a computer print out. The flowers were finished way ahead of the scheduled time. I Love your business and flowers. I would do business with you more often but it cost me $100+ to send 6 red roses & 8 white lillys, with a vase, 15 minutes from your store. While I realize the profit goes to the on-line company I used, its out--ragious to pay that much! I know your business is not the only 1 in this pickle but at least develope your own website to eliminate the others that steal your credibility and profit.

Not only was the size of my flowers I ordered MUCH smaller then I was led to believe I was buying, but the quality was very poor. The lilies and roses were brown and wilted when they arrived, and nearly dead by the next morning. For paying well over $70 for both the cost of the flowers and shipping, I expected a lot better then what my mom received.

My ONLY complaint is with an $8.00 delivery fee. That, to me, is extremely high for an in-town delivery. If this is a way to discourage deliveries, I understand that, but then, I'd recommend simply not offering delivery.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
