Bailey's Flowers and Gifts is family owned and operated for over 30 years. Starting in 1978 as a craft and hobby shop, founder, Gloria Bailey ventured into fresh and silk flower designing in 1984. Since then, the growing business has been in various locations around the courthouse square in downtown Bedford. Being raised in the business, her daughter, Julie, took over the shop in April 1998 after the sudden passing of Gloria. In the past 20 years, Bailey's Flowers and Gifts has grown into the premiere place in Bedford to buy or receive flowers! This bouquet arrived looking almost IDENTICAL to the photo. I live in CA and use Bailey's to send flowers to my Aunt annually and I have NEVER been let down by the staff. The flowers have always been super fresh and beautifully arranged, and the delivery folks always call me immediately if there is any issue (like the time my Aunt wasn't actually home) and are flexible with a solution. The only thing I could think of that needs improvement is the selection for occasions. Balloons cards chocolates are great but there should be more of a variety. Great delivery and the arrangement was extremely close to what was pictured, which was a relief. Ordering from out of state, I’m often concerned that what was pictured is not what was delivered. This piece was VERY an expensive & was the most sparse arrangement I’ve ever received. There were approximately 10 flowers in the whole thing. In the past, Bailey's has done a great job. However, the Petunia hanging basket that was delivered paled in comparison to the photo. Not a lot of blooms and rather wilted. But because they have delivered quality flowers in the past, I'll order from them again.

It is up to the family or the funeral director whether or not to place in it the casket. If you were there to see it, I'm sure an employee with the funeral home could have helped with this. Overall, I rate the flowers with a three star. This is because I paid for the deluxe version ($70) instead of the regular price of $46, assuming the flowers and vase were more plush. Unfortunately, I feel I overpaid, since the deluxe version closely resembled the vase and flowers at the regular price. Regardless, my fiance is still happy with the flowers and agreed that I overpaid. Next time, I'll go the a local store that sells flowers at a reasonable price.

The angel and flowers were not what was sent but instead, a ceramic heart that read "Because someone we know is in heaven, there is a little bit of heaven in our hearts" was sent in its place. It was not what I ordered. Only found out today when I checked up on family member and she sent me photo of the "ceramic heart" . Really wanted the family member to have the angel posted in the pic with flowers to the left as ordered.

The flowers were beautiful, however, the reason I picked this arrangement was because of the snowman. When my Mom received the arrangment, it had a deer instead. So I guess, maybe let us know the burlap may be different than what is shown. Thank you, Happy New Year.

I went to visit my Aunt Barbara recently and was disappointed in the sad little arrangement that was put together for her. It was not in a pretty clear vase it was not bright cheerful flowers ... in fact it did not resemble the flower arrangement I ordered at all!

Flowers and delivery were great. I have used your florist for several years. I like using and supporting local businesses. However, birthday card that went with flowers indicated Happy Birthday from Washington. Should have stated Waddington. I did check my order to be sure I typed Waddington. I did. Danielê knew who they were from anyways!

It's hard to find a flower shop that will do a great job for you when your not in the same town. But this time I was totally surprised when they sent a picture of the arrangement they had put together for me, and ask if it was to my satisfaction before they delivered it. This arragement was delivered as ordered and was also delivered in the morning, which was my request. The arrangement looked very much like the picture on the website, which made me happy. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is because the arrangment did appear to have one "hole" where I think one more flower might have filled it in. Other than that, I am very pleased.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
