The flowers were beautiful. One issue. This florist does not make sure the resident is home. They call if no answer, they leave a message and leave flowers on the steps. It made me very nervous to leave flowers out and not make an actual hand off. They were accommodating and very easy to work with. I will be sure if using again to put a delivery time when resident is home.

The item received was absolutely gorgeous and was supplied with a different vase than pictured that resembled light purple beach glass with white tuxedo bow and purple ornament. Truly beautiful design and assembly by Victoria! Driver had a hard time locating the delivery address but David from the shop and Brian (delivery driver) reached out directly to make sure this could be delivered accurately to the recipient. Great efforts all around. I have used this florist on many occasions and they continue to impress every time! This was the best work so far! Thank you so much! A++

The flowers I order they allowed to be sold to someone else who grabbed them from the Cooler leaving me with a very rushed flower arrangement with out the Lily's I was looking for. One time try never go again!

My niece, who just gave birth, lives near Derry, and I wanted to send a celebratory bouquet. I found Backmann Florist in Derry online. The website is straightforward and easy to navigate. Prices seemed comparable to other florist in the area. Once the flowers were delivered I received an email telling me so. My niece and her husband were delighted to receive this lovely arrangement.

Was to pick the flowers up on 11/24 and receive call in the morning asking if they can deliver them because he wanted to close the shop for the day. After not really wanted them delivered, told him were to leave them and when I got to the place they were not to be found. Called shol and asked if they delivered them already and told me different place. Went to the place and no flowers. That is why I wanted to pick them up. So I did not receive them.

I had asked the customer if I could deliver the flowers as I had numerous employees out sick and needed to pick my son up. David said ok and gave me an address which did not exist either on Waze or Road Warrior navigation apps. I called David and left a voicemail explaining that the address he gave was a half address(10.5) and didn't exist on my delivery apps. After waiting and not hearing back for a bit I left them at the closest address to what he gave me which would have been #10. I didn't hear back after that until I saw this review. I will refund David his money.

We had a wonderful experience at Backmann Florist!! Right from the start, David was so caring, kind and helpful. He was sensitive to our special needs with pickup and set-up, and he went out of his way to make everything easy for us. He created a floral masterpiece to adorn my brother’s gravesite, and more than all that, David shared some of himself and his life experiences, many of which mirror our own. His story of resilience was so inspiring to me and my siblings. I am so grateful to David for making a very difficult situation so much easier for us. ❤️

David was sweet enough to call and inform me he was low on a certain color, and asked if replacements would be ok! Excellent customer relations right there! Wonderful experience! I purchased sympathy flowers for a funeral. They even called me to update me that the basket would look slightly different than the picture, which I appreciate. They loved the flowers and said they were beautiful! The only thing that could have made the experience better was if they sent a picture once finished. Since I am from out of town and was unable to attend the funeral and see them.

The arrangement was named Bright Blessings and the photo on website showed bright fuschia and purple flowers but what was presented was more light pink and white. Although it was beautiful I preferred the brighter flowers. The arrangement looked more like the Sweet and Sunny arrangement. Just my preference.

You had paid $60 for your flowers which I had explained is our minimum price on arrangements, and unfortunately we do not have control over the rising cost of flowers so understandably you may not get as large of an arrangement for this price as you would in years passed. I grew up in Derry, NH and my mother loves flowers, every Mothers Day and Birthday she received a Bouquet from Bachman Florist. You can trust they will make a beautiful bouquet with their in season flowers and round it out to look amazing if you pick a few as a base. You can also design by price as we all know everything is very expensive right now. Who doesn't love flowers. Also, they are very friendly, helpful and easy to accommodate. This was a last minute decision made by "committee" and Backmann's stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. The ordering process was simple, straight forward and the item was delivered that afternoon.

Flowers were ok. I understand substitutions, but for the amount of flowers included in the standard pictures vs what I got for paying premium, it doesn’t match up. Also, despite asking to have them left on my front steps they delivered them silently to my trash cans. Only saw them when I was leaving my house. Wouldn’t order from here again.

We did price out your order to meet the premium price but as the flowers in the arrangement were more on the expensive side we could only add a few and we understand how it could appear to be less than expected. As for delivery, we placed them in the only area with shade to keep the flowers as fresh as possible although we should have alerted you of this.
