Live in wv ordered completely online, and was quick and easy…. The flowers I order were slightly diffrent then what was shown however that’s stated when you place the order .. but overall I was still pleased with the results in what was received…. Prices were the lowest I could find at any other Merrit island florist…thank you!!

The arrangement my wife received looked very little like the advertisement. The basket was specifically chosen for the medical display. There was no bag stethoscope or forehead reflector. That was the entire and only point of this selection. I ordered the largest size and there are noticeably less flowers than the advertised arrangement, in fact the dog took up most of the view in the basket and was head and paws, and flowers relatively sparse. In the order instructions I asked for tulip substitution, Noone called to tell yes no or indifferent and I meant to call but got busy at work. If that was a large that I paid close to 100 dollars for including tax, I'd hate to see what the small one looked like. I will never order from your store again. Joe Bezpalko

The arrangement was beautiful. Although as with the other one, there weren't the same flowers as shown in the picture. I understand the availability by season, but think some of the charge is also in the flowers used. The family loved this arrangement and it was stunning, sitting with the other one at the church. Again, I appreciate a hand written card, but the hand writing should be more neat and space aware. It didn't appear professional. However, overall, for what is was for, it was great.

The flowers were beautiful. There were NO roses in the arrangement as shown in this picture, nor were there daisies or the zinnas.. only carnations. I liked that the note was hand written, but the hand writting itself was not professional or clean and spacing was bad. It should have been re-written once it was looked at and spacing adjusted.

Unfortunately the flowers did not turn out as I was expecting given that I paid for the premium $219 selection and the roses were not fresh looking as the pedals were browning and some falling off. All in all, it was not up to par with the description on your website for what is to be expected by upgrading to the premium selection.
That said, a positive note is that the roses were delivered timely which was appreciated.

I ordered “Fun in the Sun” with lots of bright colors and the actual arrangement only had pink and red roses and very few of them and no yellow accent flowers. I ordered this Thoughts and Prayers arrangement from your sympathy collection and even upgraded it to $139. When you thought I ordered the cemetery version you contacted the recipient instead of me to explain the situation and ended up sending her a planter. The recipient doesn't even like plants. The bouquet that was delivered was beautiful. The flowers met my expectations. One of the selling points of the Ruby Array is the beautiful colored vase that accents the vibrant colors of the flowers. If I had know that upgrading, adding a few more flowers, would change the vase I wouldn't have upgraded. It was a little disappointing but the quality of the bouquet made up for it.

The small lilies were wilted and some had brown tips and there were no pink daisies only carnations. Not worth the price for the types of flowers that were included. Color combos weren’t what we were looking for she wasn’t excited about it. Not a single daisy or rose in the bunch.

I paid extra for a larger size of what was supposed to be an arrangement of lillies and irises. There were zero irises in the arrangement delivered and it had small purple filler flowers instead. An obviously more inferior and cheaper flower. I specifically chose an arrangement with irises as it was my mothers favorite flower for her 80th bday. I absolutely did not get my money’s worth nor the product I ordered. Would not recommend.

Flowers were not delivered on the day I requested. Even then they delivered the next day and left them at the front desk, did not take to the hospital room. The arrangement was to have pink, red, white and purple flowers. All of the flowers, including the roses were white. Bow was to be pink and it was white. Overall very poor arrangement and very boring looking. This was for my mother-in-law's 89th birthday that she was spending in the hospital and was supposed to cheer her up. They looked more like funeral flowers. Very disappointed.

What you see is not what was received. The vase was shown as clear and the whole point of this choice was the purple arrangement as it is our company color. With the delivery after business hours it would have been better to wait until the following day. If someone would have answered the phone that would have been communicated. Instead a voice mail went unanswered. Very disappointed.

If I would have known it was to look like that I would have driven two hours after a 12 hour shift, payed tolls, and gas to make sure she had a beautiful arrangement. Disappointed with my order. The flowers were different than I the pictures of the arrangement that I ordered, and the glass that they were put in was clear glass - not red like it was supposed to be. If I had been notified of these changes, I would have picked a different arrangement, but even though they had my phone number, I was never notified if the changes. So, my advice would be ..... order flowers from a business, where you know the flowers you ordered and what they say they should be......

The flowers were beautiful. The only downside was the delivery time and that may have been a parameter that I didn't notice when ordering. I assumed same day delivery would be by 5:00 p.m. and the delivery wasn't until 6:00 which caused disruption in my work schedule and my wife's schedule as well since she cancelled a meeting waiting. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
