We ordered the "Exquisite Orchid Wristlet" specifically for the orchid (that's in the name of the item), which is my mom's favorite flower. She even loves purples/lavenders which is what the picture shows. We were not happy that the morning of the delivery is when we received the notice that there were no orchids available and they would be substituted with roses. I don't feel like we got what we wanted and it was too late to do anything about it.

Very disappointed. First of all my order wasn’t delivered until almost the end of the day and I placed my order the day before. Second of all, the flower arrangement that my boyfriend received did not look anything like the picture on their website. I don’t live there so I went off the website’s pictures and when I was sent what was actually received I was very disappointed. Looked like someone just put some roses and baby’s breath in a vase with an ugly red ribbon. Again, nothing like their picture.

The vase in picture is not the vase that was used. I picked this item because of the vase. I ordered the premium and it was small. Looked like the standard bouquet. It was pretty, but I was disappointed in the vase.

Ordered the birthday bash bouquet. The substitution policy did state “ Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.” The flowers we received looked like a SIGNIFICANTLY smaller and much cheaper arrangement. It did also state in the description that the arrangement would be topped with a fun happy birthday balloon, since it was stated this was included I did not pay extra to have a balloon added to the bouquet. The arrangement we had delivered did not include the balloon guaranteed in the description. It was an ok looking arrangement at best, but very much something that could have been purchased from a grocery store where they do not specialize in floral arrangements and 100% not worth the $75.

Wonderful experience buying from Awesome Blossom. Found out about a funeral for a friend they day before Mother's Day and wanted to send sympathy flowers. Another flower shop declined the order due to being too busy. Awesome Blossom went out of their way to make sure the arrangment was made and delivered on time. Although I expected for the flowers to be delivered early, while I was at work and not 8'clock at night wasn't a big issue. The issue was I wasn't sure if I recieved the correctI order seeing the flowers were very small and also the bear seemed extremely small as well even though I ordered the big one. Did not like the way the roses looked when delivered. Not only were they skimpy looking but the bouquet of roses were full of holes. Also, I can't understand why they ask me what card I would like to use when it wasn't used, and the handwriting on the card was messy and almost illegible. This is the last time I will ever use this company again, and I will surely let others know of their inaccuracies! Terrible service!

Spent $150 for custom bouquet to include daisies, lilies, and roses. Got two roses, Walmart lilies with two callas included, three tulips, and four gerbera daisies. Arrangement was about a 18” tall. I hadn’t read the reviews from other purchasers. Would have been better off to have bought 8 or 10 grocery store bouquets to make one. Read the reviews before you purchase.

I ordered the deluxe flower bouquet for our anniversary early one day before and when i called them to see what time they were going to be delivered to my surprise they told me that it was going to be late in the afternoon cause they didn't have enough flowers and at the end they just delivered what they had in the store terribly disappointed never again will i use their services

The flowers I ordered were delivered after the business hours for the recipient. The following day, there were already 4 flowers that were dead. I wish to let you know that I was not very pleased with the product you delivered to my Mother. It was not a close match to the photo in your original email below at all. Your pic below shows several roses, my Mother's favorite flower, and the actual delivery had 3 as you can see from the picture of your bouquet that is attached. The flowers were left on a swing (if the wind had blown very hard, it could have fallen off) on her front porch in the heat (half wilted), for who knows how long, because no one knocked, rang her doorbell, nor did anyone call before dropping it off as my special instructions requested. (See photo of my instructions).
I will not be using your floral shop again in the future because of this shoddy work and poor service delivery. Hello, I ordered these flowers for my mom’s birthday and I am very much aware that what’s in the picture is not exactly what will be delivered. I am also fully aware that my order was last minute and it can be difficult to throw it together. The flowers were dying already, they looked very pale and almost brown at the tips. I am content with the speed of the delivery at the end of the day.

The arrangement that was delivered was not the size of the arrangement in the picture and I specifically looked to see if that was the size it would be and it said it would be. The arrangement was half of the size of the arrangement in the picture. I was happy with their website it was very simple to use and I did request that it was there before noon and they did have it there on time.

Very average arrangement. Underwhelming for $60 plus arrangement. Also, in the photo the vase is purple glass and is semi transparent and in the arrangement that was delivered the vase was painted purple and it made it look cheap.

Flowers were scheduled for delivery and never were delivered. Contacted store at 455 and attendant claimed it will be delivered by 5:00. I had to explain what time it was and that the arrangement was never delivered and recipient would not be at work after 5.

It has been a week since the flowers arrived for our 38th anniversary. The flowers looked almost like the picture - however, I paid for two size upgrades (from small to medium to premium). I can't imagine a small after what I got. Plus, now a week later, only 4 carnations remain. I will shop in person after this experience.
