I sent these flowers to my sister. She was very happy with them. They were delivered timely and they even sent a text to my sister letting her know they have been delivered. She was not home and they were left on the porch. I like to think they would not have been left if the temperatures were higher.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My friend is battling breast cancer and she said the flowers arrived on a day she was feeling really down and bad, and they lifted her spirits. The flamingo touch just tickled her and made her laugh. Thank you again for brightening a very good friends day. I wish I could submit a photo. It looks exactly as on the website. I do apologize the arrangement did not look exactly like the picture. Sometimes that is hard to do when we do not have everything in the arrangement in stock at the shop. We did have to make some substitutions and color swaps, however to make up for that we did add some extra flowers in there to make sure it had a full look. I did notice you say it was too small for the amount of money you spent, again I apologize but that arrangement in general is more of a smaller compact bouquet. The cost is because the roses included in that particular arrangement, they are a higher priced stem. Again I do apologize, and I do hope you give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future. Thank you Jen

I had never ordered flowers to be delivered before. I normally get them from the grocery store. My wife was certain they came from someone else, lol! She was beside herself with emotion. Flowers ordered weeks in advance for a birthday shouldn't be delivered after 4pm. I even called the shop from Michigan at 10am. Also, pictured bouquet is arranged. Flowers received were bunched by color, pics on request.

I ordered this arrangement because it was all pink and no roses. This is not was delivered and had yellow daisies and pink roses that fell over this morning. Also not near as full of flowers as pictured.

This is why we used the closest we had available, which were a pale yellow with a pink center, and we added the roses to give that pop of pink. Unfortunately, some substitutions have to be made. If you have any requests in your future orders (such as absolutely no roses), I would suggest contacting the florist or type in the special requests box when placing the order online, to make those requests known. Otherwise, most florists will use what they have to stay as close to the color scheme/arrangement as possible. A quick Google search for florists in the area led me to Awesome Blossoms. This business had some pretty Awesome reviews, and I now understand why! I placed an order for pick up for a celebration of life. A few minutes later, I received a phone call stating they had moved and Google had not updated their new address...which is now in Springtown. They offered to deliver the arrangement saving us from traveling across town. The arrangement was beautiful and fresh. Thanks Awesome Blossoms! Highly recommend!

I guess the important thing is my daughter-in-law was pleased with the arrangement… Personally, I did not like it. I understand flowers depicted in the picture are not always available, but it didn’t even come close. The large petal pink substitute was overpowering vs. the orange Gerber daisies which would have contrasted nicely. Plus arrangement was squatty and floppy vs. a tall upright arrangement… even the vase was a different shape.

Bought this bouquet from Michigan for Texas, and that part went alright. What she got had all the right pieces, just was not arranged like the picture. For the price, I also expected the 'arrangement' bit. And the vase was an opaque red, not the orange see-through.

Using a new florist is always a little worrisome since you really have no idea what they are going to deliver on your behalf. I have to say this experience was wonderful! The bouquet looked even better in person, flowers were delivered promptly, and when the recipient of said flowers (my wife) was not at home to receive them…I received a call asking what the best course of action would be up to and including waiting for a short while till she got home so hand delivery would still be possible!!

Not exactly what I expected! The Bouquet I chose was full and had lots of each kind of flowers (shown in the pic) and looks well worth the price I paid but what my mom received is a bit puny and looks like it’s worth maybe a little over half the price I paid! I tried to resist writing this review but every time I look at the two pics side by side I’m just a little disappointed! I’m not saying that it wasn’t pretty because it is very very pretty just not as many flowers as shown in the display pic! And not as much color pop! My moms bouquet should’ve had twice as many flowers like the bouquet I picked from your list, and a lot more red flowers, I felt! However, my mom ABSOLUTELY LOVES THEM!!! And For that I am very thankful! She’s a very humble and gracious woman which is why I picked out something very extravagant because she deserves it! Overall you guys did an alright job but it could’ve been a little better! I won’t give up on you and will try you again in the future!

Ordered flowers 2 days before delivery date for my wife for anniversary. Asked for deliver between 8am and 2pm at my wife's work. They were delivered after 3pm after she left work. I realize delivery time is not guaranteed but I thought 2 days and 8 hours was plenty of notice. Then found out they were delivered from a florist in Kennedale.

As always, the flowers are beautiful. However, this year they waited to deliver them right when school was out. The delivery guy texted my wife (so much for the surprise of getting flowers!) to tell her that he was on his way to delivery her flowers, this was at 3:45. When I first started using y'all for flowers I would always ask for them to be delivered earlier rather than later because my wife is a teacher. They said no worries, we know that is a school. This year I guess y'all forgot. Don't get me wrong, the flowers were beautiful, she is happy she got them. she didn't like having to stay after school in order to get them. Also, the delivery guy texted her and asked her to come out to his car to get the flowers. she refused reminding him this was a delivery not a pick up. The flowers are awesome, the delivery could have been better.

I ordered the Happy Times Bouquet for my wife’s Birthday. The arrangement was not put together very well. The yellow roses were ok but the other flowers were droopy when it arrived. My wife was kind enough not to make a big deal out of it but I could tell she was a little disappointed. I don’t know what happened but they have done better in the past.

First off, let me say my sister was very happy with her arrangement, but I found out my direction on my order, about calling ahead, was not followed. Fortunately, she was up from her surgery and saw the delivery person. Secondly, she sent me a photo of the dish garden, she received. The message on my order, was printed in a different type and my personal (❤️Sis) was not included! I noticed, from her photo, the choice of plants were quite limited (no ivy or peace lily, unless it was not in bloom) and the red blooms were not the same. (Aware that florist tries to keep close to original offered, I would not have ordered this arrangement for that reason!) I’m not seeking a refund, just making you aware of my observations! I ordered an arrangement for the funeral of a very dear friend. When I picked it up, to take it to the funeral home, because the delivery charge is so outrageous, I discovered the arrangement was "lacking." Behind the bottom left rose are deep red, small carnations. In my arrangement, there were buds, which left that area looking totally blank. When I spoke to Mr. Alexander, the owner of Awesome Blossoms, he explained that they have sheets that tell them exactly how many flowers of each kind to put in an arrangement. He said if I had ordered it, Friday, the flowers were open blooms, but that Monday morning is when they get a delivery and some of the flowers are just buds. But, he was following exactly what the sheet said. No matter that the arrangement looked totally bare, in two areas, in the front. I told him I was totally dissatisfied and felt I should be compensated, in some way. Well, he said THAT was NOT going to happen, because, yes, we know, he had followed the directions on the sheet!
So, for the relatively new owner of Awesome Blossoms, "customer service" and customer satisfaction" just don't exist. How sad! Not at all what Tracy, and the former Awesome Blossoms was all about! She should have taken the name with her.

The older lady on the phone was very rude and seemed very clueless. She spoke to me thinking I was a previous customer who kept calling her and treated me as such. About an hour after I picked up and went home she called and told me to bring the flowers back because I had the wrong ones (they had my name on them). And seconds later she realized her mistake and apologized. It was a very weird and strange experience getting flowers here.

This was not the best bouquet of flowers that I normally receive from awesome blossom. First I ordered the exact flowers as above and they were not able to produce. The colors they provided was not the same and no where even close to the pictures. They did call and say they didn’t have some of the colors and said that they would arrange as close as possible. None of the colors were the same. If I could post a picture of the flowers they sent you would totally understand why I’m so disappointed. The normal reaction I receive from my wife, when I just bring home flowers for no reason, I can’t even explain how upset and disappointed she was to receive these flowers for her birthday. If they say they don’t have the flowers but will get as close as possible do not buy, for the price I paid for these flowers.... I think I would have been better off getting some from Walmart for 1/3 the price I paid.

Ordered online the night before. Received a call stating either they didn’t have it or needed to substitute. Asked what was the favorite flower and color. I was unsure I said they had free reign to create, thinking that it would look similar. It ended up being a totally different bouquet. Still pretty but the flowers were ones I could get from Walmart (daiseys, yellow roses, carnations, etc.). A bit disappointed that they weren’t more special/exotic.
