We have used your services for several things. What we saw at the funeral was not your usual work our arrangement was wilted and brittle looking . I know things happen but this was not your standard and for the price it should have been a lot better .We were a bit disappointed .

Ordering online from about 1800 miles away, things can be dicey. Athens Flower Shop far exceeded my hopes with my order. Not only was the arrangement beautiful, it did indeed look like what was shown online, it actually WAS delivered within a couple hours of ordering, meeting the deadline - impressive! Should I need to order flowers again out in Tennessee, I'll be looking to Athens Flower Shop first. Great job guys & thanks!

They called me right away and offered to either deliver the next day with advertised flowers or do the arrangement in other flowers. They are very nice people , and friendly. They didn't have some of the color flowers that went with the order.. That is fine. I understand. My only issue is, I upgraded to a higher priced package, and the roses are really wilted around the outer edges.. This order was $100 +.. Over all 3 out of 5..

I ordered an all green bouquet in a much larger vase and much fuller flowers. What was delivered was white carnations and white roses with 2 green apples sticking up in a smaller vase. It looked nothing like the Green Mid Bowl picture on the website. I was really surprised because in the past I have been called before any variations were made to confirm them. It was definitely not worth the $115 I paid.

The roses that were in the arrangement were indeed green and not white but its true they were a very light green. We were unable to get the darker green roses in on the day of your order and we are truly sorry. As for the green apples... yes they are part of the arrangement but as per our phone conversation you did say that you did not originally notice that it came with green apples. Since you did an upgrade the vase we used was our tallest available, standing at 12 inches tall with a 7 inch opening. The standard vase is normally only 7 inches tall with a 5 inch opening. Pictures can be deceiving and not give a true representation of the finished arrangement. We do wish we could have been given the chance to remedy the situation as we do hate disappointing our customers.

The greeting card was left blank, making it seem superflous and not at all associated with the message I wrote specifically for inclusion in the pictured greeting card. It is very pretty, however, I was a little disappointed that it wasn't more full--I paid for the upgrade and it looks the same size as the web pic. Additionally, the roses do not appear to be fresh as they are all fully open and have some brown/dried spots on the edges--the arrangement won't last as long.

I am not one to complain, but I am very dissatisfied with these flowers. I had them sent to my girlfriend on Tuesday and by Thursday they were completely wilted and not even worth keeping anymore. I have pictures of them that I can send if needed. It would be one thing if they were cheap, but I spent over $50 on them for them to last not even two whole days for her. I have bought her flowers at Walmart and Food City that have costed less than $10 and they have lasted almost 2 weeks so I am very disappointed. Is there anything you all can do to make this right? She loved the flowers and she can’t even enjoy them anymore.

I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day. They were delivered on Friday 5/11. My mom wasn't going to be at work at the time and I was concerned about where to get them delivered. I called Felicia and she made sure to call me when they were delivered and to let me know that the receiver said my mom would get them that day. The reassurance of delivery was nice since it was a surprise for my mom and I live in Florida. I left off a star due to the actual presentation of the arrangement delivered to my parents. It had fewer flowers than stated on the website and definitely not as full as the example photo. But, it was pretty and they were very good about delivering by the time I requested, they sent me an email with a picture of the actual arrangement. This keeps the review at 4 stars. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
