Incredible service, communication, and arrangement. Ashley's delivery driver reached out to double-check if someone was home to receive the flowers as it was below freezing, and they did not want the flowers to die outside. Then, another woman from the shop reached out to deliver the flowers personally after closing at 5 pm to ensure they would be received. I was disappointed with this purchase. I paid additional money to have a deluxe enhanced arrangement. The actual picture of item was not any bigger than what was shown on website, and in fact included fewer flowers with a few green ferns thrown in, in lieu of flowers. I was so grateful that I called Ashley's Floral Beauty. I was ordering flowers for a funeral for my Great-Uncle. The service they provided was amazing, I made an on-line special request and pointed out that I had a six-hour time difference (I live in Hawaii). I was called 15 minutes later, even though it was after 10:00 pm EST. confirming my request. The flowers were absolutely stunning, and they even included some tropical flowers, knowing we were from Hawaii. I own a floral event business in another area so when I ordered this spray I had some very specific requests as to color and look of it. I'm so happy to say that Ashley's did an awesome job and these were by far the most beautiful flowers at the funeral service. So many people complimented with how beautiful the spray was. Also the value for the price was excellent. There were so many more flowers in this spray than any others at the service and the price and delivery fee were very reasonable. I also appreciate that they didn't use any cheap ugly ribbon to fill up space like many florists do and the colors of the flowers used blended beautifully.

This year some of the flowers were Dead and the orhets,were so opened up they properly will not last uuntil Christmas day. In the past she gpt over a week of beautiful flowers. Nedless to say I will Never oorder with you again.

This 'Dance with me' bouquet was exquisite!!!! You did a fantastic job. My daughter who was the recipient was blown away by the beauty of the variety of flowers and their colours and the way they completely filled the vase. Flowers were beautiful. Delivery was also great. They really care about there product. At first no one was home. So they came back a second time to deliver the flowers so they wouldn't have to stay in the excessive heat. Amazing !!
