I put my order for a Valentine's Day delivery well in advance 01/23, the location for the delivery was no more than 5 minutes away from the actual florist shop. Not only was the delivery made after 9:00 p.m., the arrangement was not what I ordered and the quality of the flowers was poor and that's being generous. The roses still had damaged pedals that should have been removed, and not a single tulip in the arrangement which was supposed to be the highlight of the arrangement I selected.

Beautiful arrangement delivered quickly on the same day I ordered it. Great follow up both with me and recipient.
I had ordered white peonies with a touch of blue accent flowers in square low vases for my sons engagement party. I was quoted $300 plus tax plus $20 delivery. We received five stems of white peonies in each of four taller round vases that were already losing their petals. It was the most pathetic arrangement I have ever seen. We had just flown in from Italy so I didn’t have the time to go to this shop, so I bought some more peonies myself and fixed them up. And I was charged $30 for delivery, not $20. Do not use this flower vendor.

Unfortunately this was a horrible experience, the delivery was a story in its self, I payed nearly $200 and being my wife hadn’t gotten the flowers 3 days from its delivery date it looked like a $30 arrangement. Very disappointed. 3 Metro Tech Florist did an awesome job all the time. They will never get my business again, an undervalued arrangement and being 10 minutes top walking away from it delivery destination it took 3 days. Smh

Terrible experience; Delivery was a day after expected; had to call few times and missed our anniversary. The delivery person called first time at 10:30pm on the expected day of delivery, then never showed up. When I called the next day, they said they can't charge my credit card - though it had already been charged the previous day. I called Artistry in Flowers and surprisingly was delivered 15min later. BUT disappointed with the delivery: I chose the "premium" upgrade - saying this will add extra flowers etc versus the image pictured - what came was actually smaller than what was pictured. Not worth the $113 paid. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Will go to buy flowers again to my wife now :-(

They do not have the flowers listed on site as promised. I ordered a wonderful personalized arrangement, and they gave orange tulips instead. I ordered flowers as a gift and they called my recipient telling her they were at her door when they weren’t (they got the address wrong) which was very confusing for her, because she didn’t know that she was getting flowers. I tried asking to get a refund, and they threatens me saying they would have to take the flowers back from my recipient in order to do so. It was unfortunately a really waste of money and I do not recommend.

the flower arrangement for the price of $105 was smaller than expected and the flowers were old. Definitely not fresh. The recipient wasn't happy, therefore I'm not happy. Very frustrating when they charge so much. I will not use them again and will let all my friends and family know.

by far the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. My arrangement was not delivered on the day it was supposed to. When I called to see why it wasnt delivered, there was all kinds of screaming in the background and at me on the phone. The arrangement was not delivered until 10pm the following day!. I paid for premium upgrade and the arrangement that was received was deplorable. I have seen better from the supermarket at 1/5 the price. as a business owner myself I am shocked to see how this was handled. I would not recommend, would never do business with them again. and would like a refund.

The flowers ordered DID NOT arrive for the time requested even though that fee was charged and paid NOR was I contacted that the flowers would NOT arrive on time. I did not know this until the next morning, when the "review email request " came and I asked my recipient about the flowers - Response was "WHAT FLOWERS?" After many phone calls to the florist MOST of which were hang-ups by them, I contacted BloomNation by email and explained the situation. They had the florist finally contact me and he gave me a story about how due to the pandemic .... the driver did not pick up.... The delivery address is across the street from the shop! He "promised " that the matter would be taken care of - Just give him an hour and the arrangement would be "upgraded" in apology. When I called the shop at 3pm - "OH, I will take care of it" At 5:30pm it still had not been taken care of At 9:54pm I got a phone call from the delivery person telling me that there was no such address and of course the address was wrong- I corrected the address and asked him to leave the flowers with the concierge. I spoke to my family member - now the 3rd day- about the flowers which they now retrieved from the concierge and they sent a picture of the flowers that arrived with the hand written incorrect address on a torn piece of paper! HOW AWFUL!! What was sent was a hastily made bouquet of 10 droopy roses with some baby breath and greens in a clear vase - certainly NOT the Radiant Romance arrangement that I ordered & paid for!!!! I forwarded 2 pictures of what was sent to BloomNation- one with the hand written incorrect address and one with just the flowers, and spoke to the Help Line as well .They promised to address the issue. I no longer live in NYC but I DO believe in supporting local business[ understanding that I have heard only good things about the quality of their flowers] and could have had BEAUTIFUL roses shipped from Columbia - more flowers for less money- BUT this local business was extremely disappointing! I will NOT even think about giving this business a rating of any stars but had to=give 1 or the review would not have been accepted!

This experience with Artistry in flowers was awful. I ordered an arrangement that was white, green and blue and worth 50$ for my mom for mother day. I ended up receiving a yellow, white and pink set of flowers. These were lazily cut and slopped into a cheap vase. The flowers were not of good quality either. They were also delivered late.
I am 16 and saved up money to buy my single mom flowers for mothers day. She has pretty high standards for things like these so I wanted to pick the right ones. I was super let down by artistry in flowers and just felt really embarrassed and sad about wasting the money.

Worst shopping experience I have ever encountered. Staff are extremely rude, communication is terrible and quality is low. Customer service was the standout poor performer, from being shouted at down the phone for checking on status of delivery to rude language to the doorman in my building. The flowers our friend received were NOTHING like the picture, no glass vase, only wrapped in horrible brown paper and way less flowers than shown in the picture. Moreover, the flowers were about to die...Terrible terrible terrible.... All of that for 133 US. Just ridiculous.

The flowers were substituted/did not look like this picture but looked very nice. Placed the order at 9:30am, flowers were delivered at 4:30pm, the distance from the shop is only about 450 feet (2 min. walk). I made several calls to check on delivery time, the phone was not answered most times, customer service was not very helpful told me delivery was on it's way at 2pm and actual delivery took place at 4:30 for a short walk delivery.

I had the worse experience buying flowers to a friend who got married. I bought the vase of flowers in the morning at 11am, called them before placed the order to make sure they would be able to deliver it on time. They said that could do it in 2h - I only chose them because the store is located a few blocks away from the deliver location.
After a placed the order I called again to make sure they got the it, within 2h after my second call a male called saying that he didn't have the flowers that I picked (which was ok) and I asked to send me pic of the new vase before deliver it.
At 3 pm they didn't deliver the flowers and neither send the pic of the new vase, finally 3:40pm the flowers was delivered and for my surprised the arrangement didn't look close to that I picked up, not talking about the card that was written a terrible handwrite.
When I called to complaint about it they hung up on me few times!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, TERRIBLE SERVICE!
