Artistry Florist and Event Design- Randy Shamel has been designing flowers since 1983. He is the owner and lead designer of Artistry Florist, a 28,000-square-foot studio and design space located in historic floral row on LaSalle Street. Randy is a regular contributor to St. Louis Bride Magazine and St. Louis Bride and Groom. Randy loves what he does and it shows in every last detail. His goal is for your florals to be personalized to reflect your idea of a dream wedding. Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
