I am a fan of Artistic Surrounding's floral designs! The quality of their arrangements are outstanding. They were not able to duplicate my arrangement due to being out of Sunflowers, however they made beautiful substitutions and upgraded my arrangement at no additional charge. Great customer service!

After reading reviews around Phoenix, I picked Artistic Surroundings to deliver a birthday bouquet to my daughter. (I live out of the country.) It was handled perfectly, even with a hand-written note! My daughter said they were very polite about arranging a delivery time (calling her). Most importantly, the bouquet was fresh and colorful, "a ball of flowers" as she described it, and I saw it myself from the photo she sent me.
No "attitude" here. So go for it! (Let them know exactly what you want, as I requested certain colors.)

I live in California and wanted to send flowers to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. I called the store and spoke with Bill around 2:30 pm and gave him the price range and he took care of the rest.

Bill sent me a picture of the flowers arrangement and I have to say it was beyond gorgeous. The flowers were of high quality and impeccable selections. My daughter-in-law loved it!!!

They have great customer service, high quality flowers and quick delivery.

This would be mine and daughter-in-law go to florist moving forward!! Thank you Bill!!

Great customer service! And the flowers are absolutely gorgeous! I called first thing in the morning with no answer and I did not leave a message, but a couple minutes later they called ME back. I asked when the delivery was and they said before noon. They were on time and made contact to make sure they were delivering the flowers to exactly where they needed to go. Highly recommend artistic surroundings!

I upgraded to deluxe thinking that would mean more flowers but all they did was take flowers out and put in in a larger vase. The flowers in the photograph were pink they replaced with violet. I will never use them again. So incredibly disappointed.

I sent an arrangement to a co-worker's mom, yesterday - same day delivery. Back story, I've sent a few flowers in the past few months for different occasions with less than pleasing results from national florists. So, I decided to go local and gave Artistic Surroundings a shot and they hit a homerun for me. The family wasn't home after Artistic's first attempt. William (Artistic Surroundings) sent me an email to coordinate the delivery. Impressive customer care... The picture I received from Ms. Peggy's daughter was better than the website photo, in my opinion. Ms. Peggy was thrilled with arrangement. Thanks again for allowing me to brighten someone's day with a beautiful arrangement. I'll be a returning customer for many years to come.

What an incredible company and arrangement, I am thrilled!! One of my employees had a sick mom in the hospital and I wanted to send a bouquet to brighten her day. Of course it was valentines day and I fully expected an overpriced, thrown together arrangement as valentines is the WORST time to send a bouquet of flowers even from the best of florists. WOW! was it incredible!! unique, exquisite and lovely, she was so proud and showed anyone and everyone who entered her room the beautiful flowers her daughters boss sent. I am so thankful I found this company. I will be letting my husband and everyone I know about this amazing florist. If you are reading this, trust me, from a flower snob who is usually disappointed Artistic Surroundings will not disappoint. The price was also very reasonable and the value was exceptional. I also messed up ordering online and was having the flowers delivered to my office and the owner answered the phone and was able to correct the delivery address without a hiccup. I will be a loyal customer!

I've ordered flowers MANY times from online sites and they seem to always fall short. The flowers don't look like the photo of what I ordered or the flowers are dead within a few days. This is the very first time my expectations have been exceeded. I ordered this arrangement for my mom for mothers day. I was completely impressed by how absolutely stunning the arrangement was. My mom sent my photos once she received them (she lives in a different state than I) I could not believe how gorgeous the arrangement was. I found myself wishing I had ordered one just so I could enjoy their beauty. It has been a few days since mothers day and the arrangement looks as beautiful as the day it was received. I will CERTAINLY be ordering from this site from now on.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
