The arrangement did not live up to the display online even though I upgraded to the higher price. It looked like the “added” flowers were an afterthought, some kind of droopy yellow stuff added to the lower level. A few more yellow roses would have been lovely. I Should have stayed with the original look.

Not happy. First, the daisies were advertised at $34.99 but ended up $42.00. The order was for Dashing Daisies and when the order got there, they were mum’s. What the heck? No communication that you didn’t have the daisies? I feel like I was taken advantage of. On the positive side, they flowers did get there in a reasonable amount of time. We were very pleased with the arrangement. It was beautifully done and she loved it! I especially appreciate the personal service extended by your driver. He called me because he was concerned about leaving it outside since she was not at home. He conscientiously placed it in a inconspicuous and sheltered spot to prevent damage. I was extremely impressed and grateful. I believe his name was Dave and I hope you recognize his exceptional attentiveness to detail and responsibility. The arrangement was lovely. It had a dozen red roses. However, it didn't have the queen anne's lace nor the salal, and it was not in the vase pictured. It did have silver dollar eucalyptus and what looks like boxwood, which is much better than leather leaf. However, it did have quite a lot of baby's breath. Just wasn't quite as pictured.

Flowers were gorgeous, according to my sister. The only little tiny issue was that I called the company directly to change my gift message but it didn't happen. Not a real big deal to me because I talked to my sister and told her later that the flowers were from "so and so" instead of "so and so". She was thrilled with the arrangement though. Thank you for your hard work. I will definitely be using you again instead of another larger competitor in the area.

Wonderful experience! I am a funeral director from Indianapolis and was looking for a local florist to use to order flowers. I came across the website for artistic floral and was able to place an order online with added details to the arrangement. the flowers were a huge hit. The girl that I had a interest in loved them. Her small office of 20 coworkers were all interested and impressed by the flowers. The flowers were sent because she was going to have a rough weekend and i was going to be away for that weekend. We made plans to meet up at her house early Saturday morning. I drove all though the night to see her that morning. Well that morning came and i found her naked with her companies IT guy "20 years her senior ". But hey the flowers were beautiful. Oh and so is the crock that the flowers came in.

Flowers were beautiful. Very Very similar to photo. Of course, a little pricey, but what florist isn't. They communicated with me as to where the flowers were and when they were delivered. Driver got stuck in a lot of traffic, they called to let me know and apologized during the entire phone conversation. Delivery was made by end of business day.

I'm very happy with the quality and value of the flowers I ordered. However, in the future perhaps a little more attention to detail would be a much appreciated improvement. Our anniversary is 9/13 and I ordered these on 9/11 to be sent on 9/13 our actual anniversary and they showed up on the 11th. Kind of ruined the moment. Not a big deal but slightly disappointing.

I am very pleased with my purchase! I have bought several of these wind chimes and have had them sent to funerals. Everyone loves this unique gift. I personally feel like wind chimes are better gifts than sending flowers. Flowers are pretty but eventually die, these chimes are a long lasting gift. Again, everyone loves these chimes and are constantly praising them. I always hear that, when the wind is blowing through the chimes, the relatives are reminded of their loved one.

I loved how the ribbons on th bear and chocolate matched the color scheme in the flowers, and how the color of the bear complimented it. I also liked that the bouquet looked pretty close to the picture!
