Mike has been involved with Art's Flowers since he was a child. Making childhood memories and working along the way with his father Arthur Buckalew. His designs are truly unique and he cares for his staff and customers. All around great guy who has been serving Dunbar for over 40 years.

After looking at the reviews of local florists, Art’s stood out so I ordered the arrangement in the wee hours of the morning online and requested that there be no calls to the recipient as she had just lost her husband. They called that morning to inquire about a code as the recipient is in a gated community. I really appreciated that they read my request and reached out to me and not the widow. The gentleman who called even thanked me for my business. Delivery was on time and it was beautiful. I will order from them again when the funeral is scheduled. Highly recommend.

I know that the arrangement has to depend on what you have on hand but the picture I received on what was made was kinda disappointing. More just white flowers and mostly daisies without green tones. I was expected more for selecting the biggest more expensive selection.

Often when I send flowers to anyone, I wonder if they "actually" got what I viewed & ordered. There is no need to worry if you use Art's Flower Shop. Living in Ohio, I ordered flowers for oldest sister. Only the best for the best. She loved roses. I ordered the Bountiful Rose Basket. When I arrived in WV for services, the arrangement & basket were beautiful just as my sister was. I wanted to get a grand floral arrangement for the greatest sister. I highly recommend. I was born in West Virginia and I have family there. I asked my Mother about a good florist to send flowers and she suggested Arts. My mother always used them for her Mother, My Grandmother. With her wonderful recommendation I have began to use them for my Grandmother on my fathers side!
My Grandmothers 84 birthday was yesterday and I gave them one address to deliver the flowers and the day of the delivery the address of where she would be at changed, to my delight, I was able to call and get them delivered to the correct address! Disappointed that arrangement wasn’t delivered until almost 4:30 pm. Lynn had already left for the day! Also, a llama was delivered and not a stuffed as advertised. Fir over $200, the experience was very poor.

One day prior to the requested delivery date, I had to change the day of delivery to the day of my call. Art's accepted my request and made the delivery that afternoon. The recipient got the flowers, loved them, and immediately called me to express her joy in what she received.

The bouquet they delivered looked like it had been used and it only had 2 ballons, not the 3 I paid for. They also looked like they had been filled up days earlier. The rose petals were curled up and the edges were brown. I called to complain and they remade it, which was better but this one didn’t have daisies and the roses were still curled so it seems to me they just didn’t have fresh stuff. My mother was happier with it though. For the price of it, it was def a rip off. Probably won’t use them again as this is the second this has happened.

I ordered these last minute for my mom to get at work on her birthday. While the prices are kind of high, I was happy to see the Happy Birthday to you arrangement that was available. It was really cute on the website and I loved the globe vase it came in. The pictures you see on line are usually much different than what you actually get, but, not Art's Flower Shop. I was so happy when I finally saw the arrangement the following day. I was just as beautiful as the picture and much bigger than I expected. My mom LOVED them. Thank you!!!!

Wonderful experience! Art's Flower Shop did an exceptional job. I'm very impressed. Ordering flowers from far away can be stressful because you can't know what you are getting but the staff reached out to me to ask clarifying questions and made sure everything was perfect. I ordered on Sunday night and delivery happened Monday afternoon (even though I almost forgot a birthday, they pulled through for me!)
