Dear Lisa, You are correct that substitutions were necessary and unfortunately sometimes these leads to variations in the designs, however the colors, look and theme were preserved. The floral industry as many other industries still recovering and trying to get back to a steady production of all the varieties of flowers. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. We do hope that the extra inches and flowers are not preventing the recipient from enjoying the beautiful and fresh flowers you sent her. We're very sorry to hear you feel this way. The flowers used in her arrangement were fresh and the same ones we used in other arrangements that day that we have received praise for. Please keep in mind that they need to be watered daily as they drink a lot of water, especially in the first two days. When we received your order and saw your note about your aunt, we tried to reach you by text and asked you about her favourite flowers and colours so that we could put extra love into it seeing as this is her last Valentine's Day. Since we received no answer, we proceeded to create it as pictured. we were informed by our delivery driver that your aunt was very happy when she received them. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, we are a small business and every customer matters to us. If you want to bring the arrangement today (2/16/21) to us we will gladly replace it.

|My apologies! Actually I think you are right - I sent them as a gift and the angle of the photo was not showing all the lovely blooms and breadth of flowers in the bouquet! My mom showed me on facetime and they are absolutely stunning! I appreciate that you used such an array of blooms from orchids to gorgeous colored roses, eucalyptus, sunflowers,etc. It really is a special arrangement and I can see you put love and time into it! It makes me happy that my mom has them with her to brighten her days post surgery! Perhaps the angle of the picture you saw is not the best to convey the number of flowers that went into that arrangement. I personally designed this flower box and can confirm that the following flowers went into it besides the care and love we put into each customer's order: Sunflowers, yellow tulips, purple roses, deep orange roses, veronica, Craspedia, cymbidium orchids, thistle, forsythia, green hydrangeas, deep purple carns, silver eucalyptus. We are a small business but we strive to always give more than fair exchange because each customer matters to us. If you would have seen this arrangement in person I'm sure you would agree that the value and beauty of the flowers was above and beyond.
