Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (810) 227-9500, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (810) 227-9500 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

The arrangement was never delivered to my wife for Mother's Day, despite the inaccurate delivery notice I received. I called your store at 4:45 p.m., after receiving your inaccurate delivery notice at 3:58 p.m., to tell you that delivery was not accomplished and that your delivery notice was wrong, but your store was closed. You lack sufficient management controls over orders to ensure they are correctly delivered or to even monitor your own voice mail system to correct your mistakes. My wife did not receive her Mother's day arrangement and I wasted $120.00. I have ordered my last arrangement from your store, and will make sure all of my Brighton friends are aware of your failings.

The flowers you delivered to Dr. West were magnificent! My husband and I had our last appointments to see her before she leaves for a new assignment. As per my request, you delivered the flowers in the morning and we saw her in the afternoon, so we were able to see the GORGEOUS arrangement! I think Dr. West and her staff were quite blown away by how magnificent the arrangement was. Dr. was planning to take them HOME; she just didn't want them to be only displayed in the office. Also, I choose to pick up my order at the store and though there were three people there and two walked directly past me, no one offered to assist me. I asked for the flowers to be hand delivered, meaning "delivered to her hand". I should have been more specific, as she found out they were on her porch via voice mail. Not really a big deal.

And...

Flowers delivered on Monday, looking tired and worn out by Friday. Am I expecting too much? It's been a while since I sent flowers (I know, shame on me), and I expected them to last at least a week.
