Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (859) 331-8155, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (859) 331-8155 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

This time, however, I was blown away by how beautiful and perfect and carefully arranged my flower arrangement was. It was for my partner for Valentine's Day, and we were both ecstatic with what we got.
The delivery person was friendly and delivered my order with care. Art Floral is the BEST florist in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, and they should be he your florist of choice, too!

|I ordered flowers for my best friend last week. She sent me a picture of them to thank me. The arrangement was such a disappointment!! I upgraded the bouquet, saw that some of the greenery had brown shriveled spots on leaves/ I was very disappointed and quite frankly, embarrassed to have sent her that arrangement. This arrangement was definitely not worth the money spent in terms of size and variety but browning greenery!

|We sent a flowers to a friend who just had surgery. I made the order at 10 am on a Saturday not realizing they closed at 1.
Being the pros they are at Art's Floral, they got it done and delivered the same day!
I didn't expect it same day with such a short time frame.

Hello. I am sorry that you were disappointed in the flowers you ordered. The arrangement was made day of delivery, and the flowers were delivered to us fresh Friday. They were sprayed with a petal protectant. The arrangement was valued over the price paid with the orange protea, which is a premium bloom. If you could, send me a picture of the flowers as soon as possible at artfloralnky@gmail.com and i will be willing to give you a credit for the price paid for the arrangement.

Hi, Jennifer. I am sorry that you weren’t satisfied with the $50 arrangements you sent the recipient. We mostly do low lying arrangements in 4x4 cylinder vases for standard arrangements. The arrangements we sent were no smaller than the one pictured. I used high-end blueberry roses in one, and the other i used fall colors which were more expensive at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, the Floral Industry gets hit with inflation too and the costs of flowers are rising every month. We fill everything to value, and I sell flowers at the same price as any other florist would. The difference is i use the highest quality and higher end flowers for everything. I am at least glad to know the recipient was happy with my work.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
