Sadly, the order got lost and did not get to my sister on her birthday. Very frustrating, as the cost for the delivery and the overall cost was high. I didn't realize the delivery didn't make it until 4:30 pm and I called, hoping to get it out on that day, but they close at 4pm. The next day, I called them and they realized their mistake, and offered to add some extra flowers, and maybe some chocolate. They were gracious about admitting their mistake, but it was still disappointing. I guess this is the price we pay for doing business over the internet. I should have called them directly.

I recently ordered flowers out of state and did not go through Arnold’s Florist and that was a huge mistake. Both companies turned out to be fraudulent. From now on, regardless of out of state orders I’ll always be going through Arnold’s Florist. My order was delivered on time (even during a snow storm) and I was told it was absolutely beautiful. I was expecting for the price a nicer bouquet and basket. Mine looked nothing like the picture presented and I got the upgrade version. The flowers in the picture were lavender and purples. Mine might have had one purple flower in it. My daughter ordered the peace lily and paid well over $100 for it but it looked like a $10 plant. This plant was no more than 12 inches high. I've never seen one so small before. We were both very disappointed

I had a great experience with Arnold's Flower shop. I ordered an arrangement late morning and it was delivered by early afternoon. They even sent a follow up email to let me know that they left the flowers with another office employee due to the recipient not being in the office at the time of delivery. Great customer service! I have been ordering my mom flowers from Arnold's for years and I've never been more disappointed in them then I was yesterday. I ordered my mom this beautiful pictured bouquet and what she got looked like a 3 year old put it together and had no bright beautiful colors in it. The bow looked liked someone tied it in their sleep. Needless to say I will not order again. So disappointed, if I could upload a picture to show you just what she got. I would and I never ever leave bad reviews or hardly complain for that matter.

Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
