Promised prom flowers for 3:30 “at the latest” bc I wanted to be sure the kids could get pics and leave on time. They weren’t ready until 5. Kids had to be late for a gathering and push everything back. Customer service was terrible. They write orders down on scraps of paper and don’t give you a receipt with a summary of your order … or any kind of proof that the order will be legit placed. I purchased the highest quality bouquet of this type and was incredibly disappointed. I have purchased $100 bouquets that look amazing and this was pitiful. Tiny shriveled flowers, cheap filler with the smallest greenery - one spike - not at all what was shown. I wouldn’t have paid $20 for this at a gas station. I was embarrassed and angry to say the very least.

Hi, I am writing because I am disappointed in the flowers that my wife received for her Birthday. The picture online looked like the flower we’re going to be very larger. When they arrive the bouquet was very small. Some of the flower were also turning brown. Paying over $70 for what I received was very disappointing. I could of bought flowers at the supermarket for $50 less and received the same quality. The positives they were delivered on time and the hand written note was nice.

Although I appreciate that it was taken care of around 7 o'clock in the evening, my mother didn't have the opportunity to receive the flowers I had especially chosen for her, and she needed to wait all day to receive them. I know these are first world problems, but it was her first mother's day since losing her Mom and I wanted her to have the flowers that I chose and much earlier in the day, to make her day a little brighter. I was a little disappointed because the basket was not as nice and there were less yellow flowers than pictured. The substituted flowers were very pretty and she thought the flowers were beautiful. There wasn't a yellow ribbon either. Yellow is her favorite color....that's why I chose this basket. The service was EXCELLENT! I'm assuming you didn't have the basket and yellow flowers available and had to substitute. Since she was happy with it...I'll give it a 4 star because of the service and effort.

I placed a pretty involved order for same-day delivery, choosing the Vibrant Blooming Basket to be delivered to my sister in Arlington Heights. I was extremely surprised at how early in the day my sister texted me to thank me for the gorgeous flowers, and how the photo she sent me looked "exactly" like the promo photo on Arlington Heights Florist's website.
