Our same-day delivery cut-off time is 2:00pm M-F, and 1:00 pm Saturdays. ABOUT US Arlington Cemetery Florist and Arlington National Cemetery Flowers is a division of Twin Towers Florist, Inc. Established in 1981, we are a full-service flower shop located less than a mile away from the Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA. We provide professional floral services and same day hand delivered arrangements to memorials and all ceremonies held within Arlington National Cemetery including the Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Solider. We specialize in arranging and hand-delivering cemetery approved graveside flower arrangements, standing funeral sprays, and ceremony wreaths for Arlington National Cemetery. We also deliver all throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area to all memorials and venues with same-day delivery service at no additional charge. We also have the ability to wire out orders anywhere in nation and throughout the world through our network affiliates. We regularly maintain a large inventory of premium grade cut flowers with fresh stock arriving daily. Our entire cemetery arrangement catalog can be found online, and orders can easily be placed 24 hours a day. We were the very first shop to send delivery confirmation photos by email in early 2000, and still send a picture of your arrangement at graveside with every order. DELIVERY FEES A base delivery fee of $14.95 is applied to each delivery order. Multiple items going to the same location on the same day at the same time will incur a $5.00 additional delivery fee per item. The additional amount will be charged to your payment card, post-transaction. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION PHOTOS *** After delivery, you will receive an auto-generated email asking if you liked your recent purchase. This email will contain the catalog image of the item you ordered, NOT THE PHOTO OF YOUR DELIVERED ARRANGEMENT.*** Your complimentary delivery confirmation photo will be sent directly from the driver. Driver's photos are often flagged by email servers into your spam or junk folder, so please check. If you have not received the confirmation photo by 9:00pm, please email us at ancflorist@gmail.com so we can recover the photo from the driver and forward it to you. We cannot be responsible for an arrangement's condition after the delivery. Although all arrangements are topped off with water when they leave our shop, fresh flowers are perishable and may not last very long outdoors, depending on the weather. If you are planning to visit an existing grave and wish to have flowers at the site, we recommend selecting delivery on the day of your visit. Wildlife at the cemetery may occasionally eat certain blooms in our arrangements overnight. VIDEO SERVICES Arlington Cemetery Florist recommends contacting Arlington Media for professional media services covering events at the cemetery. They specialize in producing films of military funerals and memorial services at Arlington National Cemetery, exclusively, with several full-service package options. ARLINGTON MEDIA, INC. 800-852-7015 https://www.arlington.media CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS For cancellations, we require notice at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled ceremony or service. A notice will be sent by email to finalize and confirm a cancellation. If the flowers have already been made or delivered, and there is less than 48 hours until the scheduled event, the cancellation request will be denied. The flowers will be available for pickup from our shop or can be donated to a memorial site within Arlington National Cemetery upon request. For any refunds issued on orders where a credit card has already been charged, 10% of the order total will be withheld as a processing fee to cover various bank and merchant processing fees. Instead of a refund, a credit for 100% of the order amount can be issued to your house account to be applied to your next order. We reserve the right to refuse service.

A patriot was interred at Arlington National Cemetery today but due to pandemic precautions, only his wife and a friend could attend in person; my flowers were therefore my only way to send tribute to honor this veteran’s life. I have always had the best experience with Twin Towers until this year. I have ordered flowers for my father's grave for more than 15 years for birthdays and Memorial Day. This year I ordered again. My order was confirmed and I received a receipt. I have always gotten a photo.of my father's grave with the flowers. They were supposed to be delivered on Friday, May 22. No photo was sent and my credit card has not been charged. I left an email... no answer. I tried to call and it went straight to voicemail so I left a message... no call back. And now they are not taking any more orders for memorial day. I am heartsick. It is the 20th anniversary of his death this year and it will be the first Memorial Day in all those years he has not had flowers from his family. Disappointing.

Despite what must be tremendously high request volume for this florist, they delivered a beautiful arrangement to our parents' gravesite on Veterans Day for a lower delivery fee than other florists nearby, which we were able to appreciate by the irreplaceable courtesy of a photo. In general I am very pleased. Two points: 1) I don't think I am the only one who would prefer delivery on Friday rather than Saturday. That is when the flags are put in, and having the flowers for the whole weekend would be nice. Surely you could make a second, Saturday delivery for the late orderers. 2) I wish you would offer one less expensive arrangement. I continue to send flowers every Memorial Day, but $78 gets more difficult for me.

I was unpleasantly surprised to find that I couldn't order the flowers for my brother buried in ANC by phone. Before, my order was taken on the phone and the lady already had the number for his grave. Then a photo was emailed to me of the flowers on the actual grave.

I am very disappointed. I specifically requested that they leave the flowers in an ANC flowerholder. Instead, they were left in the white one from the florist, at an angle. When my mother came to visit my dad's grave, she reported that the flower vase was at an angle and the flowers were falling out.

The arrangement was perfect, it looked better than the picture. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the arrangement wasn’t put on the site till after the service was over. The delivery car was seen as the caisson was going to site. We did appreciate that the driver didn’t interrupt the service, but it would have been nice if he was a few minutes earlier. In the past, I always got a photo of the arrangement I purchased at the gravesite. Do you not do that anymore? It was nice to see that the other flowers were delivered. Now I have no assurance of that.

I have ordered flowers to be placed at my husand's grave in Arlington many times and they are always beautiful. We used Twin Towers for his funeral as well. I love that they send a photo of the flowers, as I generally order when I can't be there myself. My only suggestion would be to send a duplicate of the card to the sender. Most of the time there is nobody to retrieve the card, which I'd like to keep. I have started printing out the message when I order, but having the card would be a nice keepsake.

I have been ordering flowers to be placed at my husband's grave at Arlington since 2014. I was very disappointed this time when I ordered because in the past your flower shop would take off $2.00 delivery fee as well as sending a picture of the flowers placed at the grave. This time when I ordered on line there was no delivery fee discount and no pictures sent to me of the flower arrangement next to his grave. I only hope that the flowers are at his grave as I have no way to make sure they really were delivered.

My daughter is interred at Arlington National Cemetery. I live in Arizona and am unable to visit her grave site on special days. I instead order flowers to celebrate her life.
