Arlene's Flowers and Gifts est. 1985 by Wayne And Arlene Longshore has spent the last 40 years providing the freshest and best quality arrangements to the Odessa And Midland areas and surrounding counties. We consider every order special and are very detail oriented on each order. We can make arrangements for any occasion including but not limited to: Birthday, Anniversaries, Symapthy/Memorials, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day & Weddings. Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I'm in Alaska but needed to send my mother flowers for her 70th birthday. I chose Arlene's randomly due to location but will definitely choose them again. The flowers were delivered to my mother early enough in the day and they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you.

Arlenes is always my go to florist, whatever the occasion may be. They always go above and beyond and will notify me if there are changes that need to be made to my order due to availability. If you aren’t using Arlenes, then your using a second place florist.
