Very small…it’s hard to judge size by pictures. You used to get this small of an arrangement for $50 ish. I wasn’t impressed.

I live on the other side of Texas and randomly chose Arlene’s to send a bouquet to my mother in Odessa. Let me tell you the bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! It was even bigger and more gorgeous than the picture presented online. I will definitely be using them again.

While the peace lily was listed on the website and still shows at the as part of the delivery, i received a call shortly after placing my order notifying me the store was out of stock. Unfortunate as part of the reason for the order was my inability to attend a service due to work schedule. So the time I spent placing the order as intended didn't allow me to cancel and place from another location. Disappointed this issue exist and inventory isn't updated.

My daughter just moved to TX and it was her first Birthday away from family. She was feeling a little down in the dumps, and her favorite color is yellow, so with fingers crossed that it could be delivered on the same day, I ordered the Sunshine and Lemonade bouquet. It arrived later that day, in time for her Birthday, and it couldn't have been more beautiful! I'm so glad I picked a local florist to bring some sunshine to my daughter's day! Having a loved one pass away is painful. What is also painful, is you not being able to be there and give comfort to your loved ones. I have followed my florist. Her name is Desiree. She now works at arlenes. Anything I describe to her she executes perfectly and delivers beyond expectation. I have ordered here before and will continue to do so as long as Desiree continues to work there. I often order arrangements and it was always “hit or miss”. I am particular about what i want or what concept i am trying to achieve. Other flower shops seem to disregard a customer’s input, but not arlenes. Feels more personal and it feels like my florist actually cares about my occasion and puts pride into their work. As a fellow artisan, I really appreciate and admire that. I failed to order the "Whalecome Baby! Pink Whale" arrangement early. However, Arlene's Flowers saved the day. They offered same-day delivery. Even though they do not guarantee a requested time, they will try to accommodate. Not only did Arlene's Flowers deliver within my late notice and requested time frame they delivered during my niece's baby shower. I believe the florist thought this delivery through, what a special touch. The mother-to-be was ecstatic, and I was very pleased. The arrangement and service were outstanding.

I love love love Arlene’s. I’m in San Antonio and my family is in Odessa. Delivery is always prompt and professional and the arrangements are always beautiful. This last time I placed an order for my Moms’s birthday and she was at work when the order was delivered. The wonderful woman making the delivery told me she didn’t feel comfortable just leaving it outside my moms house because it was windy. She told me to get the address of my moms work so she could deliver the arrangement. She drove to midland and made the delivery less than an hour after I gave her the address. It was such a kind and sweet gesture. Customer service is outstanding and I’d recommend anyone needing flowers delivered in the Odessa/Midland area to try them out and not be impressed.

I order the "Thoughts of You Bouquet with Red Roses" and the wrong flower arrangement was delivered. I called and voiced my concern. It was a simple error from when it was printed off. Customer service was great when I called. They were willing to make the correct arrangement and deliver. Flowers looked amazing and were fresh (still looking great well over a week after delivery!) I live over 8 hrs away from Odessa & i ordered my mom flowers for her birthday from Arlenes Flowers. I spent well over a week checking out all the flower delivery shops in the area online. Wide variety & other customers reviews are what finally led me to order from Arlene's. I'm so glad I did. My mom LOVED them! They looked just like what I ordered online (actually even better than they look online~ I was sent pics shortly after the delivery). Will definitely order from here again.

Excellent job! I ordered these flowers online for my in-laws anniversary. The flowers were delivered mid-day on the day requested. I received a friendly call when Arlene's was having trouble finding the house (no fault on their part) and then a confirmation email confirming delivery. The recipients were delighted. I'll definately use Arlene's when I need flowers in Odessa again!

My uncle died during the Labor Day weekend. His funeral was on Tuesday at 10Am and all the flower shops were closed that Monday for the holiday. My mother's 70th birthday was Tuesday. The website said same day delivery and I felt doing the order early enough the day before would be ample time. She also lives west side Odessa which is closer to store..... I have always used Arlene's. I am from Odessa but live in East Texas now. She did not get her flowers on her birthday. It was the next day. Very disappointed.....They also were beautiful and fresh but not the bouquet I thought I paid for. I understand substitution.
