How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (240) 207-3562, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

|At 4pm or so on the day of delivery I called Ariel to ask about status. Went into a generic voicemail. Their site said they were upon to 7pm.
Several other calls - same thing. Finally, at around 5:30 pm, I found a number for BloomNation and the customer service rep was nice and sounded concerned. She tried her only way of contacting Ariel (using the same phone number I had tried) and lamented she could not get through, but she assured me she would keep trying.
When I asked whether any back-up florist might be available to fill the order for delivery on the same day, she replied that Ariel was really the only entity that could reassign the order.
At around 6:10 pm I received a text, maybe from Ariel, that a delivery person would arrive within 30 minutes. At 7:24pm I texted back that the flowers had not arrived.
At around 7:40, the flowers arrived.
The flower arrangement looked exactly like the photo.
But the unexplained late delivery, the inability to speak with anyone at the store by phone, and BloomNation's unwillingness to reassign the order in light of the incommunicado status of Ariel means I won't be ordering from Ariel or BloomNation again.

|I believe in supporting local businesses, hence, I’m a repeat customer, albeit only few orders per year. The Valentine’s period is probably the highest price flower season, but finding similar arrangements at Giant at half the price ($100 vs $200) does give me pause.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
