Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (916) 489-7602, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

blooming as the days went along, keeping it
a beautiful arrangement.
They even called their house to be sure they
went out to get the arrangement late in the day since they did not answer the door.
I would definitely use Arden Park Florist again.

|So I called them at 9:01am and asked if my flowers would be able to make to their destination by 2:00pm, the gentleman that answered said no problem because the delivery wasnt far and that he would make sure it was on the next delivery truck out.
By 1:30pm I called again because the flowers didnt deliver as I was told.
They had a problem finding my original order and had no notes of it going out, so my flowers never made it.
The gentleman was apologetic and assured me I would get a refund.

|Well I'm a little frustrated because my receipt was sent to the wrong email address. Fortunately, it was received by a friend of mine who notified me immediately. Also, earlier in the day, I received a phone call from Nicole telling me that the arrangement I ordered was not available and another would be substituted and the delivery would occur on 12/24. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
