I’m not even sure what to say. I placed an online order last week. I messed something up ( no surprises really) but Michelle the owner of Arcadia Flowers stayed in constant touch with me as we figured out my mess. Who does that? Especially these days??
But wait….it gets better. Not only did she stay in constant touch with me, but she did NOT blame me (even though it was clearly my fault) .while she spent countless hours emailing with me back and forth.
But wait….it gets better. When the flowers did arrive to my friend, she said the flowers are “stunning”. She said STUNNING!
After all the extra work I unintentionally put Arcadia Flowers through, they still delivered STUNNING flowers to my dear friend.
If I could give them a 10 star, I would.

This plant arrangement is a showstopper! It is SO large and healthy—you may know the peace lily as a standard office plant, easy to neglect, hard to kill, why would your mom even want one for her birthday—the quality of this plant will change your mind about the beauty and style this plant can achieve.

OVer all I think the service is very good. I was responded to wackily and felt serviced. I thought for the money I spent the flowers could have been better. They did not reflect what I saw on the website. I am thinking supply chain, drought, etc. I will give it another go next year but was a bit disappointed.

I upgraded to the mid grade and it looks nothing like the photo, it’s all leaves and not near as many flowers, whoever did it tried to spread them apart and it was a fail, for almost $200 I think the arrangement was grossly overpriced for what we received, would not recommend based on this experience.

I had put my order in for flowers to be delivered same day by 430 at about 7:30 in the morning and at 4 o’clock still no delivery when I called the place they put me on hold and pretty much said they had no record of it so they had to make it up right then and there which gave them about 20 minutes to get it to the Destination by 430, it was slightly later than 430 when they got there and the flowers were not like the picture I was very disappointed considering how much it cost. I assume that since I put in my order early first thing in the morning that would give them plenty of time to do it but unfortunately I was wrong.

I've been a customer for 10 years and love the service that I always get. My wife's anniversary flowers were not what we were expecting, even though I paid "premium" upgrade. They look old, already fully opened and already some withered petals. I called back and kept getting interrupted and was told that this is normal for this variety of roses which is new.

I placed my order for Mother’s Day to arrive on the Saturday before. The flowers that were delivered to my mom was not what I ordered. I emailed the shop and they were quick to respond. They took the correct bouquet to my mom the next day. The second bouquet they delivered more than exceeded my expectations. My experience with Arcadia Flowers & Gifts was excellent. I wanted to send my mom flowers, because she was having some health issues and was about to start a round of treatments for them. I wanted to be with my mom during her treatments, but I live out of state and I was unable to make it back home to be with her. I went online and searched for flower delivery. I was surprised how expensive the top nationwide flower companies were. So I changed my search to find a local flower shop near my mom’s house. I chose Arcadia Flowers & Gifts because they were blocks from my mom’s house, they were significantly less expensive and they had great reviews. I ordered the bouquet of flowers with special instructions for the delivery. The bouquet was delivered as instructed on the same day that I ordered them. (I tend to procrastinate) My mom says, (daily & with pictures) just how beautiful her flowers are and how a different type of flower blooms everyday. She told me that she would give Arcadia Flowers an A+. Thank You Arcadia Flowers & Gifts!!!

I loved this arrangement online. When I went in to pick it up the flowers looked a bit old and wilted. I had to have the Lilly’s changed to pink roses. It still looked nice but up close the petals looked old. Just disappointing when you pay that much for something and it’s not what you think. Regardless my mom loved her arrangement.

The flowers were beautiful, however are never arranged as well as in photos. We had (4) items ordered to be delivered to our office by 11 AM. Only (1) arrived. The others (3) arrived about 2:30-2PM and I was told they were "forgotten about" and did not make it to the truck with the original delivery. I know it's a busy day, but companies have a year notice to plan accordingly in order to meet the requests for such an expensive gift that isn't lasting. Just disappointing.

SIZE OF ITEM RECEIVED WAS ABOUT 1/2 THE SIZE DESCRIBED. The service was very good, however the item described and item received were vastly different in size. The container with succulents was described as "Product Information: A total of six succulent plants are arranged with river cane and river rocks in a large brown bamboo container. Approximately 13" W x 12" H. T101-1A". The container that the succulents arrived in measured only 4" x 7", NOT at all close to 13" W and definitely NOT large. The river cane/bamboo that extended vertically was about 10" tall. I was quite embarrassed by the small size considering it was a birthday gift.

My order was delivered right on time in the timeframe I had requested due to the recipients work schedule, which I appreciated as she was able to enjoy them all day at work. Also, the recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement to thank me and I must say, I was blown away at how beautiful it was. So often the flowers that arrive are not very similar to the photo that was selected as the blooms aren't always the same ones used (due to seasonal selection, etc), or are just less impressive than pictured; NOT the case here!! They did an amazing job on the bouquet- it not only resembled the photo I selected but it was so full and bright...did not disappoint! I would highly recommend and will continue to use Arcadia for my local flower needs. Thanks for making the recipients day special.

I was very disappointed with the flowers my husband received from me for Valentine's Day. The bouquet looked nothing like the one in the picture. There were not nearly as many roses and it wasn't nearly as full. There was a lot of green filler. The worst part was that it wasn't the color scheme of the one pictured. I chose it because of the soft yellows and peach and cream colors. Those are the colors of our relationship and have special meaning for us. The flowers sent were bright, yellow and bright pink giving the bouquet a totally different look. I even referenced the importance of the colors in the bouquet in my note they include to my husband! Why offer so many varied arrangements in pictures if you aren't going to recreate them at least to the point of staying faithful to the original feel and tone of the one offered?
