About Us
- A little bit about me - Hi, my name is Nidia Valdez. I've been a flower designer for about 35 years. My career started in 1988 when I started working at a local flower shop in Lawrence Massachusetts cutting and placing flowers in water. In about a month of working, the owner had me making flower arrangements. I worked at Rosebud Flowers for about 10 years. In September 1997, I moved to Florida where I continued working as a florist at Flowers by Tony where I specialized in weddings and decorations for 10yrs. I moved back to Massachusetts at the end of 2008. Beginning of 2009 I started working at Mendez Flowerloom for 11 years as head flower designer. I always wanted to start and own my own business. During Covid, I started working at home selling and making flower arrangements for small occasions and holidays until I had to opportunity to start my own business.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
