I got 2 photos of the unfinished arrangement ! I never got a picture of the finished arrangement in the vase. I ordered the Deluxe package. I order this flowers because it had little bit of all three colors, white, pink & purple. The flower arrangement did not look nothing like the picture from website. The white daisies were the only flowers were the same from picture. It had bunch white, 4 purple roses and no pink at all. I was very disappointed. I read on website about some substitutions but at least they could have use same colors or let me know about all changes. I called today and lady got my name and phone number so the owner could call me today but she hasn’t return my call. First and last time I am ordering from this place. I will not refer this flower shop to any one.

I was very disappointed in the floral arrangement that was delivered, as none of the flowers shown in the photo on-line were in the arrangement! The florist did call me to let me know that the water pitcher vase was unavailable, and I accepted the orange vase replacement. Instead of roses, I had requested carnations and Asiatic lilies. There were no Asiatic lilies, no calla lilies, no Gerber daisies - it looked nothing like the Gardens Galore photo shown on the website! Why couldn't you have told me these flowers were unavailable when we spoke on the phone? If there were an option to share a photo of what was actually delivered, I would have included it with my review. I'm learning from my experiences that I will be asking the florist to snap a photo of the arrangement before delivering it, so that I am aware of what was actually sent!

Sent this bouquet to my grandparents snd they loved it! So much cuter in person that the photo shows! Photos do not do these arrangements justice! The little lot also comes with a top to it so it can be used for a cookie jar or something of the sorts after the flowers fade away! I ordered a vase of flowers for Ted Tivis's service at 10:00 om Friday morning at Grace Church. As it turns out, my sister in law called after we left Roswell around 3:00 and said the flowers were just delivered to her house. I am very disappointed as I wanted the flowers at the service, not delivered to her house. I feel like I wasted $90. My sister in law didn't need another vase of flowers, I needed the flowers at the service. I feel this was unacceptable. So angry and will never order from again! First of all I pre ordered my flowers and payed for them. Shop called and said they ran out of flowers and I agreed to have them delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday the flowers were delivered and it was not the same flowers I payed for! So pissed, sunflowers were added to box and other random flowers(my mom said they looked like the flowers were picked from someone’s yard) my mom is allergic to Sunflowers so I tried calling the shop all day and no one answered. They picked up once and hung up. Never ever again will I order my mother flowers from here especially on Mother’s Day! Thanks for such a huge disappointment!

I am very disappointed with the service and quality of what we received, which is not what is presented in the picture. Furthermore, I received a call from Gina on 5/8 informing me f informing me that the store had "run out of flowers" and couldn't be delivered by 5/9. I returned the call requesting to cancel my order ( it was for Mother's Day gift) only to be billed for a delivery on 5/11 and call my sister to find out they were delivered on 5/13 @ 8p.m. AND the arrangement is no where near the quality or color of what I selected. The flowers were wilted and although red and yellow make orange it doesn't make up for the orange Gerber daisies presented on your website. We didn't receive the terra-cotta pot, we received a wood box, not something we would have selected. Had the order been right, I may have let it go but this is unacceptable and a misrepresentation of what we expected considering the order is 4 days after the holiday! I tried calling your shop and was unable to reach anyone. Compare the arrangements, do they look the same to you?

Poor customer service and attention to detail. I have given multiple opportunities to this establishment seeing as I do not live in Roswell. Each time, they have not gotten the order correctly, have “delivered someone else’s flowers” or have neglected to provide anything similar to the arrangement selected. Furthermore, when I have paid for premium flowers and then see the arrangement that was delivered it is completely underwhelming and subpar.

Was able to place an order for delivery for Mother’s Day and was emailed the day of saying it got pushed two days from the original date of delivery. This was kind of frustrating, I was counting on my mother receiving her gift for Mother’s Day the day of and if I would’ve known she wasn’t going to get them I wouldn’t have placed an order with the company. My point is if you are unable to make deliveries for this day don’t offer it on your website.

The flowers looked like a thrown together $30 grocery store pick. My wife sent me a picture at work and said I can't believe you spent money on these. At three past midnight I received an email stating it had been delivered. My friend had not received it.
I called earlier today, atabout 11, to double check. Finally spoke to someone who informed me the shop had closed early yesterday and they had not been delivered. I hadn’t been notified; it seemed they weren’t really up to date with their orders or where they were in fulfilling them.
They then called back to let me know they no longer had the arrangement I had ordered. I’ll admit, that was slightly frustrating. The roses they replaced them were gorgeous though.
It was just frustrating trying to figure out if they had been delivered yet.

I called my order in from Hobbs, New Mexico, the girl on the phone was very helpful and so nice, she wanted to make sure I ordered exactly what I wanted. Placed order online. For some reason it didn’t go through on their end. When I called and spoke with the lady about flowers not being delivered she apologized and even though it was after hours she put a really nice bouquet together and had it delivered. Will definitely do business here again.

I did not get what I paid for at all, and they threw $10 in my face to try to make-up for not giving me what I ordered. I chose the above pictured arrangement because it looked different and eye catching in the wooden box. I liked the fact that the stems were hidden on the roses and that the roses themselves were organized into rows. I even went a step further and paid the extra $10 to go to the deluxe package so that they would look even nicer. However, all I got were short stemmed roses stuck in a square shaped vase. Nothing even resembled what I paid for. Then when I brought this to the attention of the flower shop, all they did was throw a $10 at me to try to make-up for the extra money I had spent. This was for mine and my wife’s anniversary; they most likely lost my business for the future.

The arrangement Nicole received looked nothing like this picture. The vase she received was a plain glass cylinder about 5" tall and about 4"in diameter. She received 3 large pink roses and about a dozen red roses that were about the size of a quarter. This picture doesn't show any foliage but the arrangement we received had foliage which wasn't very appealing. The arrangement seemed rushed and thrown together. It didn't have the feeling that any thought went into the making of the arrangement. Side note, the purple orchids were replaced with lilies.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
