|It was left at the front door - outside - beautifully protected.
To make this long story shorter, I've never heard the word "gorgeous " out of her mouth so many times in six days in my life. Oh - she almost didn't fly home then because those roses where still so "gorgeous", still slowly opening. This place is more than great.

|Over the days that followed, I also felt that the quality of the roses was subpar. After a couple days they were already started to wilt and they never really fully bloomed. I’ve bought roses probably 25 times in my life and I’ll say that these were the most disappointing. I tried calling to see if there was something I could do to revive/spare them or get a partial refund, but when I got ahold of someone, they hung up on me after I told them that I ordered flowers on Vday. I have tried calling a few times since and they won’t answer.
Needless to say, even if in a pinch, I will not be ordering flowers from this business again.

|The delivery charge was a bit excessive considering the location of your shop and the location of the delivery.
I was really unhappy with the “card” that was delivered with the flowers because I had X amount of characters and I used everyone to share a very heartfelt memory with my Mother that we cherish deeply and have for our whole lives BUT the message was not there. Only the first 2 lines that had a Happy Mother’s Day and didn’t even contain the whole message. Not even the ending where it would’ve shown who it was from but none of it was clear or even on there, it was a ripped/torn off piece of paper with the partial message taped to the bouquet… very unhappy with the end result of this. However your flowers were GORGEOUS and were exactly how the picture indicated and that warmed my heart, plus my momma knows me too well and guessed it was me out of the 4 possible children.
Overall it was good but not great and I am just glad I could make my mom smile and feel the love on that day just like everyday even though the message I wanted attached would’ve hit the ball out of the park because it was perfect.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
