We sincerely apologize that some of the flowers in your order appeared wilted upon arrival and that the water spilled during delivery, affecting the chocolates.
We would like to emphasize that if you had contacted us directly to inform us about the issue with the wilted flowers, we would have gladly arranged for a replacement of your order. Our aim is always to ensure that our customers receive fresh and beautiful arrangements.
Regarding the spillage of water, we understand how disappointing this must have been, especially in relation to the chocolates included in your order. We regret that this occurred during transit. We do hire additional temporary staff to manage the increased demand during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, and we are taking your feedback into consideration as we continuously evaluate our delivery processes to prevent similar incidents in the future.
We hope that despite these issues, you might consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the high-quality flowers and service that we strive for.

|Only thing is that the delivery notification is extremely slow, I got my notification hours later after delivery. Why ask for number to txt delivery notice if it’s not going to be used. And why notify hrs later by email and not txt? Why not send txt when it’s being delivered

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
